petitions with incredibly high amount of signatures.
Petitions are no longer used just for relevant issues that concern a certain group of people or concern the community as a whole. Now,
petitions can be just about anything! This is because the internet makes it a lot easier for anyone to just create their own petition and ask for people to sign it and it does not even matter whether or not these
petitions will actually be sent to the person or persons to whom it is addressed to. Chances are, these weird
petitions won’t even reach those people who can actually act upon it. These types of
petitions are just created for the fun of it and to just have an idea with how many people actually thinks the same way they do in terms of the petition’s agenda.

petitions, you’ll find lots of weird
petitions out there. Weirdest
petitions that have circulated in the past are
petitions for bringing back the 80’s or a petition that asks signatures for people who wants to get a million dollars each and paid by the government. These are just a few examples of the types of
petitions circulating that are intended to be funny and do not have any relevance to the society’s concerns at all.
There are different
petitions that asks for signatures so that their favorite TV show would still be on air for a few more seasons or
petitions to bring back their favorite latte’ on their favorite coffee shop or
petitions asking people to sign if they want their favorite singer to have a concert in their area. These
petitions satisfy the people’s cravings for entertainment or luxury and sometimes, these
petitions do get recognized and their demands are being granted. These are easy demands that can be easily satisfied as long as the people who signed have made a significant impact that may change the minds of the people in charge.
Now, with all these weird
petitions going around, does it devalue this form of freedom of speech? The answer is no. It just became easier for people to make their own
petitions but those
petitions that are intended for serious matters still get the same recognition as before even with the rise of weird online
petitions.

Whether or not you really need to make a petition and help change the world, these websites can be used for whatever purpose it may serve. You don’t need to spend money just to create your own online petition. Why pay if you can have it for free? It does not make the petition look unprofessional because that totally depends on you. These sites just provide you with the convenience and ease in starting your own petition.
