i love atlantis. i dont know why yourd want to stop a show thats doing so well and gaining viewers. if its money then why are they making universe? how can they afford universe if they cant afford atlantis? id much rather have atlantis. and this rubish about them making universe so they can get a younger audience then teir twits. their audience is mostly made up of teens ad yound adults and anyway i dont think the cast of atlantis are old it all just ageism. in appailed. i watch sg1 and atlantis every day. i dont know what id do without it. stargate is the only sci fi show i watch and it is the only show that puts a smile on my face and makes me laugh. bring back atlantis if only for just one more season pleas. fro the sake of the fans if nothing else. im 20. is that not young enough.i dont know what id do without you atlantis. im upset and angry.pleas pleas plaes bring back atlantis!

This petition has been running for 11 months and ONLY 35,000 sigs. Can't see that anything will happen with this small amount.

The small number is due most likely to fans being so tired of TPTB not listening or caring about what they want. It certainly wasn't considered when SGA was canceled. If the fans don't count, then they stop trying, and SGU will likely see that many of them stop watching. I did not know anything about it, up until now I have been watching a new episode each week, decided to check out the SGA site on the net and was shocked to see the news on the show being cancelled, I would say this is why the petition numbers are low, people are unaware that SGA has been cancelled. Very disappointed at this decision, best show on TV, I will not watch SGU just for spite, I hope SGU turns out to be a flop

i totally agree. this is total bs. the story can't end. i feel like its on a clif hanger and i hate those when they aren't finished it ruins the show for me.

I love SGA also. I was laid off for a while and I turned off my satellite TV for 6 months and the only thing I missed was Star Gate Atlantis. I had the video recorder set to record all episodes and when I got a job and turned my satellite back on I only had three episodes recoreded. I just watched the episode Arorias and I loved it. I love Rodney and Shepard and the rest. I love the show Star Gate Atlantis and I too can't understand why so much rubbish is on TV and they canceleded an excellent show like SGA. It makes no sense ...
