This is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. I've watch Castle and The Unusuals online since they came out, and if I had the choice, I would choose The Unusuals, hands down. It is a cop drama, with humor. And it's well rounded. They keep in mind that there are cases that involve death, and treat it accordingly [with taste]. And it isn't always about murders. There are an actual variety of cases handed to 2nd squad. The focus seems to be on the relationships between and the subculture of cops. Not on the cases or science, but the people. And that is what sets it apart from all the others. Castle gets a bit tiring, all the excitement over a dead body. It's almost like the writers forget they are writing about death. On Fox, Lie to Me is another good one, but again it has its flaws. It's almost tedious, all the explanation, and it really slows the show down. I watch the first one that flowed well was epi 12. 12! The Unusuals didn't even get past 6! Give it a chance, ABC. Give it a chance. When you air a show in mid-April, then decide in mid-May [after a two-week break no less] if you are going to keep it, it doesn't get the fair chance it deserves.
