That's apparently what all you people want to do. You guys are ridiculous! You don't understand the democratic way of life and you're American. I just don't understand!

Yeah, it's not even about infringing on rights, if you'd pay attention, "Nick." He is nominated as a role model for teens and tweens at the Teen Choice Awards. Be signing this petition, we are not petitioning to infringe on "freedom of speech," which is most likely what you are getting at, but rather to show our discontent, which, I'd like to point out, is also a part of the democratic process. Have a good one.

yes it is part of the democratic process, you are totally correct BUT in the democratic process there is a nomination process which has been followed and the TEENS you speak of have nominated him for this award and taking that away from the people who have nominated him is infringing on their rights regardless of how trivial the award is.

By the way I totally can not stand Perez Hilton but what you are doing with this petition doesn't make sense if you look at the US constitution.

I would advise not even wasting your breath to try to convince people like Nick303 that he has NO CLUE what he talking about. These 6th graders study the US Constitution for 3 weeks, get out of school for the summer and hit the message boards with their powerful defense of its words.

"HaHa"? WTF? Joke's on you, man. I couldn't tell from your incoherent rants comparing this topic to the US Constitution.

That's the problem with freshman. They go to school for a while, take some US History, or Politics class, and suddenly feel as though they are experts on the subject. As much as he has the right to speak his mind, we have the right to vocalize our opinions, as well.
