This petition won't help, and Idea Factory wouldn't be a company to translate this game into English. It would have to be a company in the US, because that's where the game would be marketed. Love sim games for girls based off of anime are hardly ever brought over here, so there's barely any chance that it would get done. And as much as we all love Ouran, it's not as popular as say, Naruto or Bleach. Yeah it's unfair, but they still believe a game like this that's marketed for girls wouldn't sell well (most don't). The target audience is so specific, that I doubt they would try to get it. Believe me, there's been a ton of love sim games over in Japan, and others have tried the same as you're doing to have it brought over. Maybe in the future things will change, but at this moment I think what could be done is have some fans translate it and make a patch for the game. Or maybe even a guide to follow.
