Even though i am an indian,, i respectfully acknowledge that indians are the first people to undermine the law, and subvert the judicial process. (in order to protect their kin)Most of the things in the universe are hidden, and people cannot be aware of the truth. Hence even though i dont beleive Anand is innocent, he should be given a chance again for another trial in higher court.His parents should give an undertaking that in the event he is found guilty, he should be hanged. otherwise he shoiuld be relased and given a monetary compensation of $20 million dollars for clearing his maligned name.

I knew of Anand Jon thru a very good friend and met him very briefly 10-11 yrs. ago and his immoralities... (briefly because he was almost getting thrown in a balcony by some people then after getting caught in a party somewhere in NYC). Not to mention how crooked he was in his business dealings and how he had taken advantage of a lot of girls and woman both physically and financially. I knew of couple of girls where he had run their credit cards for his expenses. I have no reason to make this up... I never dealt with him personally but after seeing this news... My reaction was! About time... he has been getting away with it for quite so long now and I am not at all surprised about what had come to him!!!! Doing it once is conceivable but I believe this had probably happens more than what is noted if not hundreds... that he feels it's such a normal thing to do and can get away with it... cause he had, many times before! I'm sorry to disappoint some of you who cared about him and his freedom but unfortunately there's more of us that believe the other way around. I'm sure he has some good qualities and may it all just rest in peace as is.

I understand sticking through thick and thin with ur brotherhood, but here is a case not demanding patriotism but facts.Anand's sister was warned not for saying that she would re appeal the case but for contempt of court(conversing with a juror).If all the supporters are so vehemently demading a fair trial, regardless of the juror initiating the conversation she should have not spoken to him, being well aware of the consequences.Half knowledge/information is what start unwanted rumors and frustration among a few, to ask for a fair trial try using fair means.
