Absolutely he did. What I think everyone is forgetting is that he did not committ a violent crime. He is not a harm to society! The sentence was ridiculous to start with, and he has spent more than enough time in my opinion. I'm sure he has learned his lesson. Let the man live what life he has left free, and in peace!
