Without good food and people who care about you, Everything is worthless. You don't get sick as much if you have a good friend. But no one cares about anyone anymore. They try to make it on their own and use others for sex. Um, that's not the good life. There is no safe drug, and people need to know that this is a dark and scary world. Families are dysfunctional and we need to fix that.
