lost $15,000 due to t-mobile - total loss of respect for the company

today i lost alot of features for my blackberry including sending and recieving calls. (this is a personal and buisness phone) tmobile had me pulling my hair out for 3 hours and traveling back and forth to a t-mobile store. in the process i recieved a call from a client needing work done right away. but low and behold i couldnt get any damn calls. so in the process the multi billion dollar hospital droped my contract due to me not being able to keep up with my end of the contract. so that contract lost me 15k. all t-mobile was able to do is get me a new phone from there warehouse that should be here in 5-7 freaken days. angry.gif i told them they could just upgrade my phone at the local dealer but they wouldnt do that, it would cost them too much. but me looseing 15k didnt matter to them. time for t-mobile to go down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
