i was wrongly convicted of dui there was no evidence. i was guilty of a refusal because of a chest defect making me unable to do a breathalyzer. i have incompetent counsel talk me into taking the plea. the case had other issues. now i am in dmv supervison of which i did a yr for a license i didn't have. through a lawyer appeal i got breathalyzer waived. the sysyen needs to just not proscute people for quota or money for the system.
