The more I read about this over the years, the more it frustrates me. Like I said in the petition...I knew Josh back in the high-school years. (and Jeremy as well) I went to church with him where he was far from the outstanding Christian young man that the church believed he was. I mean, none of us were perfect of course...but when a scared 10 year old little boy (my little brother) goes crying that Josh pulled a gun on him...then described a homemade sawed-off shotgun, someone should have listened. It got blown off like my little brother was lying about the whole thing. Then...years later, this. And I firmly believe it was the same gun. And I also believe that Jeremy and Josh planned it...because the Walsh home (is/was?) right off 466A. And another thing that really seems to get me thinking....what if this were reversed? I am not trying to "pull the race card" so to speak (I myself am white) however, one can't help but wonder....even though the road rage was initially the fault of both Jeremy AND Tyrone, let's reverse the races and see what the verdict would have been, what do you think? What if things were reversed?: White guy gets road rage and starts chasing a black guy..... Black guy gets on the phone and calls family members, and then the little innocent white girl gets killed because a black man decides to up the ante on the road rage...and shoots not one, not two, but THREE rounds into a vehicle that is now trying to get away..... Who gets a second trial for not-guilty now? Many times...pulling the 'race card' can be unnecessary, but in some cases....well, if the shoe fits.....
