In this day and age, and in an ever increasing deteriorating economy employers are opting out on hiring new employees and forcing current employees to make up for employee shortage by enacting mandatory overtime whether the employee agrees to overtime or not, leaving the employee in jeapordy of loosing his or her job if they object.

More and more, employees are being coerced by subliminal intimidation in the workplace through continuous announcements stating that all employees should be fortunate to have his or her job in such hard times and then they are immediately squeezed with mandatory overtime without any consideration for the employee's mental or physical health, personal obstacles such as childcare, or pursuits of education.

Forty hours a week is sufficient time given to employer. Anything more than forty hours a week should be considered as voluntary status. I need everyone's help in petitioning the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) so that all employees recieve fair treatment and are not taken advantage of by large corporations practicing unfairly against those who are not protected under labor laws.

In school students lose all their rights also. Especially the right to privacy.

and i agree and its our own fault in life, the few bad will always make it tougher for the good people, thats life
