Dear Friends and Neighbors:

Over the past two years, the 100 Lafayette team
has worked tirelessly to contribute to a cultural rebirth in New York City through art, music, and community. Architect Ron Castellano, musician Andrew W.K., visual artist Spencer Sweeney, and nightlife impresario Larry Golden have endeavored, through dedication and a dream, to provide a collective home for the artistic community: a live concert venue, art gallery, and performance hall under one roof.

Unfortunately, Community Board 1 has not yet approved a license for our venue, which is located in a commercial building on a manufacturing block. While we've garnered immense support already, we still need your help! Please tell Community Board 1 that you are in favor of our establishment by signing our petition. Talent needs a home at 100 Lafayette!
