I support this petition. In view of all other irish data destroyed in various circumstances the release of this census would assist me enormously.

I support this petition.
Both my parents are Irish and I really want to be able to trace both families. The fact that the 1926 are the only records available are poignant to someone like myself who may well be dead and buried when the 100 years is up and I will never know my ancestors.
I support release of the complete returns for the 1926 census. I am a genealogist with 5 immigrant Irish ancestors.
Thank you,

I support this petition. Please note that I hold dual citizenship in Ireland and the USA. Both my grandparents can to America in the 1920s and I would love to trace back my roots in Ireland.
I support this petition. Irish people and their descendants everywhere would benefit. Releasing this data is in the national - and international -interest.
I support this petition. as an irish citizen, i am very disappointed about recent decisions to privatize and sell access to vital records. please support the reasonable request made hereby.
I fully support this petition. Release of these records would be an invaluable resource for countless family history researchers, who, like myself, are so proud of their Irish ancestry. I respectfully urge The Taoiseach to facilitate release of these records.
As an Irish-born American who has traveled through Ireland numerous times searching for my family, I urge the Taoiseach to release the complete returns of the 1926
Census. Another reason to visit again!
I support this petition because my gift of love to our family is working on a family history. Because there are so many missing records, the 1926 Census could help to fill in some gaps.
