We are all touched by special people in our lives. For Nick, Joe and Kevin, one of those special people was their grandmother. Shortly after she passed away from cancer, the Jonas Brothers wrote a song in memory of her and titled it 'Eternity'. Although the song has never been formally recorded, it can be found on Youtube and has helped thousands of fans cope with the sadness that accompanies tremendous loss. Many fans are in agreement that 'Eternity' is one of the most meaningful songs Nick, Joe and Kevin have ever written.

Our goal through this petition is to capture the attention of the Jonas Brothers and encourage them to record an acoustic version of 'Eternity'. We hope to do this by collecting the signature support of one million fans who love their music and have been inspired by the song. We\'re optimistic that the proceeds will be donated to organizations that specialize in cancer research (check out the post on Fan Family Experience for more information).

We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to share any stories you may have about the way 'Eternity' has affected you or anyone you know. You may do so both in the Featured Topic on FFE or when signing the petition below. We genuinely encourage each and every fan to share these experiences, but we also wish to make it clear that these stories could potentially be included in the final proposal of the One Million for Eternity project that will be passed on to the Jonas Brothers.
