2010 Tour of Missouri

TOUR RECEIVED \"SPECIFIC APPROPRIATION\" FROM MISSOURI GENERAL ASSEMBLY

There has been some confusion about the $1 million appropriation for the Tour of Missouri that was passed by the General Assembly as part of the appropriations process this year.

Senator Mayer, Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and Representative Allen Icet, Chair of the House Budget Committee, have written a letter to Governor Nixon and Division of Tourism officials urging them to provide the $1 million in funding for the Tour.

Please help by signing this petition to further urge the Governor and Division of Tourism to use the $1M appropriation to help fund the Tour of Missouri in 2010.

Also, continue to contact Governor Nixon and the Division of Tourism and ask them to provide the funding for the Tour of Missouri that was specifically appropriated by the Missouri General Assembly.
