I am 21hunni21, Courtney.
I thought my account was scammed because I had recently changed my password and forgot it. I then tried to send itto my account numerous times.
It never worked so I sent an e-mail to Neopets Staff telling them I thought I was scammed.
I had only thought I was scammed because a couple of friends had told me usually scammers steal your account, change the password, then change the e-mail so you never get the account back.
They then froze it after I had tried every password I could think of (that I've ever used) and had gotten in.
I had sent an e-mail to them saying I wasn't scammed and that I was terribly sorry for the inconvinence. I was frozen about a month ago and have still not heard from the staff. All four of my pets were painted and I had a lot of neopoints. I was also very active, I had a guild, and a lot of friends. Please sign this petition!
