Please release this young man. It is an injustice to put a 15 year old in prison for life for a crime that was committed by others, along with the fact that no child of 15 undersatands life or has the wisdon to make healthy decisions that may effect his or her entire life. That is why we have adullts, parents and neighborhoods of good peoplem . To help our juveniles to make the correct decisions according to the will of God. Keeping a child in prison for any length of time is playing God . Release this young man and let him have his life back. What if this were your child?
How this could happen is nearly beyond my ability to understand. At the very minimum there had to be a finding of reasonable doubt. Incarceration from age 15 until now, age 33 with three life sentences is a harsh sentence in light of his haing no motive, no murder weapon, no money from the crime, and the car used in the commission of the crime belonging to and in possession of one of the accused makes that individual the most likely party. A gross miscarriage of justice has taken place and has been perpetuated against this man. We can only try to mitigate some of the damage committed by the justice system. Please, Governor, do it today. Thank you!
Will it never end? Locking young people up has become rampid. I fight the same battle within myself for the same reasons. I'm a Mom of another situation much like this
Please do whatever is necessary to rescue Efren from this cruel injustice. I think that there should be an official investigation of the police department's apparently biased conduct and motives in prosecuting this case, as a basis of rightful legal accountability.
I'm a Strong Advocate for Inmates Rights This Guy was Wrongly Accused of a Crime he did'nt Committ It's time we Put a Stop to Citizens being Falsley of Crimes the Did'nt Committ
We are humans and we all make mistakes but if it is not your mistake how can you be forgiven. Yet many of us forgive the people who hurt us. Forgiveness is one thing but to forget is another. Yet Im sure Efren is a person that wont forget but will forgive. May GOD serve justice to the innocent.
We need to stop with these outrageous injustices and Efren is one of the examples of the innumerable injustices that take place in the United States. I hope the best for him!
Its not hard to understand how society is now a days. We as humans are selfish and ignorant. These are reasons why a great person like Efren is going through such dilema. Yet as humans we also have feelings and we can think and rationalize problems. Its time we use such knowledge and free Efren Paredes.
This is an absolute travesty of justice! Apparently this mans initial defense attourney has let him down almost as much as the prosecution has violated every precept of justice due to him. We are praying for you Efren!
