I have been a Juvenile Lifer since December 1990. Jennifer Granholm could be my cellmate for a night and, together, we could HELP STOP PRISON RAPE (with Medical Marijuana & Conjugal Visits for Sick Female Prisoners). Reverse or Nullify Sparf versus United States 156 U.S. 51 (1895)[1] for Juvenile Lifers Across America and Love Unloved Prisoners.
STOP PRISON RAPE: Drug War CRIMINAL Jennifer Granholm should be IMPRISONED for Medical Marijuana CRIMES AGAINST MICHIGAN and CONFINED in a prison cell with a female JUVENILE LIFER.
I support this petition. Governor, please have a member of your staff spend just 30 minutes reviewing this case. I think you will quickly find that an error in justice has been made here. Please do not sit back and let an upstanding, innocent man continue to pay a prison peanalty for a crime he did not commit.
Thank You
I support this petition. It's time for our legal system to acknowledge its mistakes and free Efren Paredes. Any rational person, when looking at the evidence against Mr. Paredes, would see there is serious doubt -- far beyond a reasonable doubt -- that he had anything at all to do with this crime. I respectfully insist that Mr. Paredes be granted a new trial, or that the Governor either commute or pardon him altogether. It's an outrage that we would allow this kind of injustice to simply go unchecked while an innocent man languishes in prison.
"A society should be judged not by how it treats its outstanding citizens but by how it treats its criminals."
~ Fyodor Dostoevsky
It's a sad comment on this society that it judges its outstanding citizens like criminals. Free Efren, free political prisoners the world over, and put more faith in people than in the elements of the criminal injustice system.
Stop the injustice done to all who live an honorable life. Having a human being suffer at the hands of others by pain or punishment is one of the most dishonorable actions one could commit on another. I've read the facts and reviewed the case. This is wrong.

I support this petition. How can we call ourselves a just society if we allow the innocent to be deprived of their lives while the guilty go free? We cannot. The injustice must end.
I support this petition. It is extremely frustrating and sad to see that these sort of crimes are still allowed. How is it that we allow our "justice" system to let a young boy sit in a jail cell and grow up without being able to achieve his goals and dreams. SHAME on the state of Michigan and its Governor. and why hasn't the supreme court heard of this??!!
I support this petition.
cause I have children and I don't want this to happen to my childen and I also have a husband going through the same thing he did not shoot any one however he is sentence to life without parole but he is going through an appeal
