I am appalled that a Greek woman who has no affiliation with the Greek police or the Ministry of Agriculture has been allowed to seize 58 dogs that have been adopted by animal loving people in Europe from leaving Pireaus. I have cancelled an August trip to Greece for 50 American teachers, and will not consider any future tours to Greece until the Greek authorities release these dogs to Arche Noah and allow them to go to Germany and Holland. Tourists to Greece for years have been horrified at the plight of the thousands of abandoned animals on the streets of Greece. This latest illegal action by the Greek authorities will result in European and American tourists deciding not to travel to Greece for vacations.
Bitte geben Sie die Hunde frei. Der Mensch hat die Pflicht alles Leben zu schützen, auch diese Hunde, die sich nicht wehren können. Ich bin sehr traurig. Bitte helfen Sie!
Ich fordere die sofortige Freilassung, dieser armen Geschöpfe, auf diese bereits ein liebevolles zu Hause wartet. Wie könne Menschen nur so grausam und böse sein???!!!
Not a dog or cat owner but appalled to see how animals kept on Kefalonia. First hand reports from an English friend living in Crete sound worse. Greece should be ashamed!
Let these beautiful creatures go home to their families. Don't leave them locked up and suffering when there is no reason. Take a stand and show the people that you have morals and you have a touch of a heart and that you care about all life forms in your area.
Please give these poor greek stray dogs the chance that they deserve. They are living creatures with the "right" to live a better life other than in unhealthy shelters. This chance is being DENIED to them. IT IS UTTERLY UNFAIR !!!!
Warum nur stellen Sie die aufopfernde, mühselige und ehrliche Arbeit der Tierschützer vor Ort so an den Pranger? Es gibt nichts, was das rechtfertigt. Bitte lassen Sie die Hunde in ihre neue, sichere Zukunft nach Deutschland gehen!

I do not know the exact situation. If the dogs are not a danger to humans who are more important I support the petition otherwise I m not part of the campaign
