Almost every Greek person I ever met living in Greece considered dogs next to carbage. Why on earth do you wnat to keep up principles for someting you don't respect anyhow - especially when somebody else can remove from you sight?????
Wir haben eine Verantwortung gegenüber den schwächeren Lebewesen. Gerade die Hunde danken es uns ein Leben lang. Seinen Sie menschlich und lassen Sie Ihre Probleme nicht an hilflosen Geschöpfen aus. Lasst die Hunde frei.
I have visited Greece and the island of Crete. The people are truly wonderful. I know they want these dogs to have loving, safe homes.
Please free them to their new and caring owners.
It makes no sense to keep these starving dogs who are in pain and unloved, when there are people who WANT to take these dogs and care for them. Step back and see the bigger picture here! Let these dogs go to good homes now.
Jeder der die Augen vor den schrecklichen Bildern, der Tiere auf Griechenlands Strassen verschließt, macht sich meiner Meinung nach mitschuldig.Wir selber haben einen Hund aus Griechenland, und ich kann mit vollem Gewissen sagen, daß er es hier 1000% besser hat,als an irgendeiner Kette, oder auf der Strasse!!!!!
Macht kein Urlaub mehr in Ländern wo Tiere aus Spass gekillt werden! Was ist wohl ein Tierschtzgesetz wert, das Stierkampf als Kulturgut verharmlost!
Kein Tier ist grausam, hinterhältig, blutrünstig und tötet aus Freude am Töten, ausser dem Menschen!
Spanier, Griechen, Portugiesen und nun auch alle Ostländer interessiert's ein Sch.... was mit Tieren passiert. Da müsst ihr unbedingt anhacken, sonst wird solches wie jetzt in Griechenland mit den 58 Hunden passiert, weiterhin geben!

The dogs need to be freed because they shouldn't have to suffer for man's cruel, inhumane ways. they are helpless and can't speak for themselves so someone has to.
I sincerely hope these dogs will be released IMMEDIATELY. Their detainment is absolutely ridiculous and it's time for the Greece Government to quit playing these games and hand the dogs over where they belong.
The Greek authorities must hand over the dogs which have been confiscated to their rightful owners, Arche Noah. I will not visit Greece until it becomes a more compassionate country.
Show some sense! I have seen and followed the good work Arche Noah has done for several years. With their help me and some friends have rehomed some 50 dogs in Sweden. I assure you that all of these dogs are very happy to have left Greece and to have been given a second chance to live a happy doglife in Sweden with loving owners.

Until people show the world, that animal abuse and torture will not be tolerated, there is no hope for peace and freedom in this world. Freedom for the innocent dogs!
We the people in Houston, Texas USA feel very dissapointed with what has happened. We as a community support and feel very strong in animal adoption in our SPCA-(dog pound). We would like to see the same support all over the world. Every animal deserves a better home if given the opportunity.
Please free the 58 stray dogs that belong to the German welfare organization. These animals have homes in Germany and Holland and should not be kept from their loving families. Thanks for listening!
The behavior of the Greek authorities is really ridiculous and it is hard to imagine, that Greece managed to get into the EU, if they cannot even live up to the EU laws.
I am member of the "Arche Noah Kreta e.V.", so somehow these 58 dogs are also MY dogs!!! Please set my dogs free and let them go to the loving homes that are expecting them!!! Their future in Greece would only be cruelty, pain and death...
Please look into your hearts and free these innocent animals so that they may go on to live full and happy lives, bringing joy to their new families. The Greek people are known as life-loving and generous. Please do not betray your nation in the eyes of the international community.
