I loved are you afraid of the dark and ren and stimpy so much. I used to video tape them and watch them over and over again. Please bring back these shows!

Please please please bring back these shows!!! A lot of people really loved those old nick shows! I espically missed ROCKO'S MODERN LIFE, CLARISSA EXPLAINS IT ALL, ALEX MACK, and AHH REAL MONSTERS. Please bring them back! Many people missed them as much as i do
When I was a kid I could watch Nickelodeon all through the the day and now its just dumb. The classics were the best... Ren and Stimpy..Muppet Babies..Salute your Shorts..The Secret World of Alex Mack...Are You Afraid of the Dark?...Clarissa Explains It All...Hey Dude..Gullah Gullah Island.. etc. I mean dont you know we love these shows and you'll make a lot showing them agian!
Where have all the cartoons gone? I remember the good ol’ days of Rocko! Dag and Norb! Ren and Stimpy! Zim, even! The whole Aah Real Monsters! gang! DOUG! Well… at least now we have Family Guy, Futurama, Spongebob Squarepants, and of course… Dora the Explorer. Can I get a hallelujah?
I remember curling up in my living room of my old house to watch Are you Afraid of the dark, the secert world of alex mack, and salute your shorts. i loved those shows and i loved my old house. bringing back the old shows will keep memories of my old house alive.

If this brings any validation to the cause I am a forty something male and I'd be more than willing to deport my wife in exchange for just one glorious barrage of Pete & Pete or Salute Your Shorts episodes coming on late one night. During the day my spirits are depleted with shows depicting a social misfit communicating with animals (aka the wild thornberries) or another social misfit (notice the pattern?!) who has magical fairy god parents ready to cater to his every whim, well Tommy - why not wish for shows that don't remind me of yeast infections!? Go on, I dare you. Then, just when I think these people would have to work at being more inadequate - lo and behold - a little gem of a thing known as Nick At Nite comes out.. (is spelling *night* incorrectly supposed to be cute, Nickelodeon?!) where such shows as The Cosby's and Three Is Company are broadcasted to downtrodden viewers. Well fellow viewers, when it comes to the crap Nickelodeon is peddling, I'd say one is company. That one is me, and I am not a happy camper. If Nickelodeon does not bring some of their decent programming back then I am going to legally change my name to "Clarissa" and *explain it all* to Disney as I mercilously pitch uncomfortably similar ideas resembling old Nick shows for them to replace their menu of less than satisfying programming. Modern day Nickelodeon is a complete disgrace. Am I actually expected to relate to the odd parade of characters I'm confronted with on my screen these days? Eliza Thornberry is a freak. A prepubescent Tommy Pickles is nothing but an accident waiting to happen. If I wanted to spend quality time with a sponge I'd chill in my kitchen, not watch this alleged Spongebob Squarepants crap. If the old programs do not come back on I will be forced to turn my valuable tv viewing time to more appropriate programs, such as Andy Dick's new classic The Assistant currently airing on MTV. Pete and Pete are my Nickelodeon heroes. Why did they have to leave? Who doesn't love an 11 year old with a tattoo on their arm or a mother who has a metal plate in her head? Come on, do the right thing. Put the 90s nick classics on.

I loved most of these show! Does anybody remember Weinerworld? I think it was something like that, and I loved it. Maybe they should get a classic Nick channel. I hope they listen to us!

i loved the old nick shows like cheers threes company and i dream a jeany clarissa explains it all an ect. they made that station an i personally think that you should find time to air them even if you just pick a couple of them an air them at certian times of the nite on certian days of the week!
HOnestly these shows were the bomb. I was like addicted to the tv then. You really need to get them back. I mean like the smurfs and Eurekas Castle were my all time favorite shows! Ever since these shows have been taken off air, ive been hoping for them to come back and wondered, why were they even taken off??? shows like my brother and me, r u afraid of the dark, doug, salute ur shorts, roundhouse, etc are ALL quality, wholesome shows that cant even compare to the draining, uninformative, pointless shows of today. These shows were shows my whole family could sit down n watch together..i miss that. I could go on forever saying how, eventhough it seems like nothing, important these shows were to my childhood. It would be in everyones best intrest to reair these shows..even if its just an hour or so a day. Thank You!

I loved the Nickelodeon shows of the 90s and i would love to have them brought back. We need those classics back!!! I think ratings would sky rocket if they were aired again

Nickelodeon, your shows now don't have the same quality of the show from the 90's. Bring the old shows back, please. Dedicate on day to the old shows, because frankly, there is nothing good to watch now except for the old Rugrats and Hey Arnold. We need classics like Clarissa Explains It All, Salute Your Shorts, Are You Afraid of the Dark, The Secret World of Alex Mack, The Original All That, Doug, Pete and Pete, Aaah!Real Monsters, Angry Beavers, and so much more. Kids who grew up in the 90's as well as the young ones today need those quality shows. We need them back or else Nickelodeon is going down the drain with the current shows.
Oh this is a great petition. I really miss all the old nick shows and I really want Nick to bring them back. Even if its just once is a while its better then nothing like now. I relaly wanna see my childhood shows. So many memories. I really wanna see "Are you afraid of the dark". Nick please air these shows back. Nick is not the same without these shows.
