The undersigned are US citizens that believe that the official story of events of 9-11 at the Twin Towers is not accurate. As signers we believe that the deaths of nearly 3,000 innocent people in what has been termed a collapse has not yet seen a proper due process investigation of collapse. Based on the following information we have good reason to believe that FEMA misrepresented the building design and construction to official investigation and the public.

We the undersigned request all those whom this petition is addressed to, to consider that the information of Christopher A. Brown is substantiated by verifiable evidence and to please re-instate his posting privilige if operating a internet forum or, if of the named personalities or organizations, to please provide comment upon the evidence assembled for the steel reinforced cast concrete tubular core, (http://algoxy.com/conc/core.html) and provide evidence from 9-11 images which shows the steel core columns that FEMA claims existed in the core area.

The undersigned request is based upon the fact that FEMA never provided the plans of the Twin towers to NIST, who was supposed to be conducting an ****ysis of collapse. From available information it can be determined that NIST only had a verbal description or diagram of the Towers design and structure. There is information that 3 people perhaps were allowed to see the plans but had to provide a written statement of confidentiality. If they exist, their identities are unknown. It is common knowledge that an ****ysis of a building which has collapsed cannot be conducted without the plans and designs of that building.

Evidence of images from 9-11 exist which shows the structural description provided to NIST is inaccurate and that the Twin Towers did not have multiple, load bearing steel core columns inside the core area. Reasonably, the near free fall speed of the buildings descent and the complete reduction of everything in them to near particle size, are factors that can be investigated with an understanding of the Towers structure. Reasonably and legally the undersigned cannot affirm that due process has been served or that the laws of the nation have been adhered to if this issue of the design of the Towers core structure is not resolved. The undersigned understand that Christopher A. Brown has information providing direct substanciation that the public and official entities have been decieved and should therefore be allowed in all forums and that the direct substanciation be addressed by other 9-11 investigators who claim to be proponents of seeking the truth of 9-11.

Dot com message boards have aspects similar to private property and owners believe that free speech does not exist on their message boards. They are placing freedom of commercial enterprise over the publics need to easily communicate and share information that is needed to preserve the republic and the democracy and believe that such use is Constitutionally protected. The undersigned understand that the Constitution would not protect an environment of speech that could not be used to protect the Constitution when there is no other easily and freely available to discuss issues honestly and openly on the scale needed and therefore make this request on that point of principle.
