The “official” story of what happened to the Twin Towers and the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001 is A LIE. More than a lie, in fact; an organized fraud – a HOAX. This is incredibly difficult to grasp when presented as a vague, arbitrary notion; and can be quite an inflammatory subject if not approached correctly. So, in order to clarify my intentions, I will state this: The victims of the 09/11/2001 atrocities should mourned as such – VICTIMS of a murderous act carried out by a cold and viciously calculating force. These were not only victims, but innocents as well. I offer the deepest and most sincere condolences to anyone suffering the incalculable pain of life lost.

Now, the purpose of this petition is simple... I – and hopefully you with me – am DEMANDING (of the US government) a formal, independent, public investigation of the mountains of credible evidence and testimony gathered by the tireless efforts of multiple public and private organizations, both large and small. The most thorough report I have read was written (and painstakingly researched) by Dr. David Ray Griffin. It is entitled, “The Destruction of the World Trade Center: Why the Official Account Cannot Be True.” He also authored the books “The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11” and “The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions.” I will, however, excerpt primarily from the report, as well as a January 30th, 2006 ‘emediawire.com’ press release noting some of the most poignant questions issued by Scholars for 9/11 Truth. Quotes taken from Griffin’s report will be referenced as such by “(G)” at the end of each. Those taken from the emediawire.com press release will be followed by “(EMW).”

Obviously, I am not alone in my call for an investigation disconnected from the special interests, influence and interference of the US government and its institutions (which, as has been thoroughly documented, the 9/11 Commission surely WAS NOT); but I simply cannot “leave it” to others. I feel so strongly about this matter, as well as the related issues of government accountability, that I must implore you – BEG you – to consider the following facts, questions and statements, then make a decision to offer or withhold your support for this petition:

“...fire has never caused large steel-frame buildings to collapse---never, whether before 9/11, or after 9/11, or anywhere in the world on 9/11 except allegedly New York City---never.” (G)

“Defenders of the official theory, of course, say that the collapses were caused not simply by the fire but the fire combined with the damage caused by the airliners. The towers, however, were designed to withstand the impact of airliners about the same size as Boeing 767s.” (G)

“Hyman Brown, the construction manager of the Twin Towers, said: “They were over-designed to withstand almost anything, including hurricanes, . . . bombings and an airplane hitting [them].” (G)

“Steel does not even begin to melt until it reaches almost 2800̊ Fahrenheit. And yet open fires fueled by hydrocarbons, such as kerosene---which is what jet fuel is---can at most rise to 1700̊F, which is almost 1100 degrees below the melting point of steel. We can, accordingly, dismiss the claim that the towers collapsed because their steel columns melted.” (G)

“As photographs show, the fires did not break windows or even spread much beyond their points of origin (Hufschmid, 2002, p. 40). This photographic evidence is supported by scientific studies carried out by NIST, which found that of the 16 perimeter columns examined, [“]only three columns had evidence that the steel reached temperatures above 250?C [482?F],[”] and no evidence that any of the core columns had reached even those temperatures.” (G)

“The BBC has reported that at least five of the nineteen alleged "hijackers" have turned up alive and well living in Saudi Arabia, yet according to the FBI, they were among those killed in the attacks. How is this possible?” (EMW)

“Frank DeMartini, a project manager for the WTC, said the buildings were designed with load redistribution capabilities to withstand the impact of airliners, whose effects would be like "puncturing mosquito netting with a pencil." Yet they completely collapsed. How is this possible?” (EMW)

“Their own physics research has established that only controlled demolitions are consistent with the near-gravity speed of fall and virtually symmetrical collapse of all three of the WTC buildings. While turning concrete into very fine dust, they fell straight-down into their own footprints.” (EMW)

“In 1991, a huge fire in Philadelphia’s One Meridian Plaza lasted for 18 hours and gutted 8 of the building’s 38 floors, but, said the FEMA report, although [“][b]eams and girders sagged and twisted . . . under severe fire exposures. . . , the columns continued to support their loads without obvious damage[”] (FEMA, 1991). In Caracas in 2004, a fire in a 50-story building raged for 17 hours, completely gutting the building’s top 20 floors, and yet it did not collapse (Nieto, 2004). And yet we are supposed to believe that a 56-minute fire caused the south tower to collapse.” (G)

“... the collapses had at least eleven features that would be expected if, and only if, explosives were used.” (G)

“... steel, when heated, does not suddenly buckle or break. So in fire-induced collapses---if we had any examples of such---the onset would be gradual.” (G)

“... there were no signs of bending or sagging, even on the floors just above the damage caused by the impact of the planes. The buildings were perfectly motionless up to the moment they began their collapse.” (G)

“...These 110-story buildings collapsed into piles of rubble only a few stories high. How was that possible? The core of each tower contained 47 massive steel box columns.[24] According to the pancake theory, the horizontal steel supports broke free from the vertical columns. But if that is what had happened, the 47 core columns would have still been standing.” (G)

“... In controlled demolitions of steel-frame buildings, explosives are used to slice the steel columns and beams into pieces... it is sliced into manageable lengths” (G)

“... the collapses of the Twin Towers, it seems, somehow managed to mimic this feature of controlled demolitions... much of the steel seemed to be chopped up into... sections that could be easily loaded onto the equipment that was cleaning up Ground Zero.” (G)

“An eleventh feature that would be expected only if explosives were used to slice the steel columns would be molten steel, and its existence at the WTC site was indeed reported by several witnesses, including the two main figures involved in the clean up, Peter Tully, president of Tully Construction, and Mark Loizeaux, president of Controlled Demolition, Incorporated.” (G)

“... Part of the answer is provided by Auxiliary Lieutenant Fireman Paul Isaac. Having said that [“]there were definitely bombs in those buildings,[”] Isaac added that [“]many other firemen know there were bombs in the buildings, but they’re afraid for their jobs to admit it because the ‘higher-ups’ forbid discussion of this fact[”].” (G)

“... For one thing, the steel from the buildings was quickly removed before it could be properly examined,[48] with virtually all of it being sold to scrap dealers, who put most of it on ships to Asia.” (G)

“Mayor Bloomberg, defending the decision to dispose of the steel, said: ["]If you want to take a look at the construction methods and the design, that's in this day and age what computers do. Just looking at a piece of metal generally doesn't tell you anything.["] But that is not true. An examination of the steel could have revealed whether it had been cut by explosives.” (G)

“This removal of an unprecedented amount of material from a crime scene suggests that an unprecedented crime was being covered up.” (G)

Please sign this petition. Those that cover up a mass-murder are, if not the murderers themselves, just as guilty and MUST be held accountable. As we all witness (admission of this being more difficult for some) the decline of our society into a third-world-style police state; and the rights guaranteed us by international recognition and declaration subverted and stripped away under the guise of noble safeguarding, we are obligated to stand up as a people to protect our own freedoms and rights and those of others. The future of civil society and personal liberties depends solely on the strength of the people.

James Madison once explained [true] democracy as a “Crisis” and that the primary function of [the US] government should be [and now is] to “protect the minority of the opulent against the majority.”

Well, so far, everything’s working out pretty well for the opulent – in particular those whose opulence carries white Christian generation after white Christian generation swiftly to the tallest thrones of power.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PETITION CLAUSE OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION INTO ALL THE EVENTS RELATED TO AND/OR SURROUNDING THE ATROCITIES OF SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2001. SAID INVESTIGATION MUST REMAIN INDEPENDENT OF ALL US GOVERNMENT INFLUENCE AND INTERFERENCE (SAVE FOR THE US GOV'T's COLLECTIVE COOPERATION AND SANCTIONING OF THE INVESTIGATION) AND THE INVESTIGATION'S CONCLUSION MUST RESULT IN THE UNHINDERED ISSUANCE OF CHARGES - CRIMINAL OR OTHERWISE - AGAINST ANY IMPLICATED PARTY, REGARDLESS OF CIVILIAN AND/OR NON-CIVILIAN DOMESTIC AND/OR INTERNATIONAL STATUS.
