because, I whole heartedly believe that every man and woman deserves happiness. I do not for one minute believe that Angelina J. destroyed the so ordained 'Golden Couple' The mature conclusion would lead one to believe that the two simply couldn't make their marriage work. Now Brad has found a woman who is willing to stand beside him and lift him up in his dreams and Angelina has found a man who shares her views and adores her as she is not as public opinion says she should be. Good luck to this awe inspiring family.

Its been more than a year since Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston called it quits. Yet it still baffles me that there are still people who personally felt affronted or felt slighted because the Golden Couple myth crumbled. Just like what Angie said when asked about what people says, thinks about her and she responded to Ann Curry that “Do I need to defend myself?….No, I hope I don’t need to”. I guess, she had more faith in human nature to make its own logical & humane conclusions to a certain situation & issue. Sadly, that’s not how it works. When people has set their minds to an idea, formed and reinforced many times like say the name callings like branding her a “home-wrecker, slut, husband-stealing” it’s like an uphill battle to make them even come up with a logical reason why they think that. And once you do, it triggers a certain defense mechanism in them to defend their idea. Hence, we have discussions about the Bermuda triangle over and over again. There are factors & outside influences that bombards them everyday like in the frenzy and the PR battle that followed. Its rather hard to peel off these ideas even if logics tells them otherwise. There’s a saying that comes to mind: Its hard to wake up somebody who is only pretending to be asleep.
