you need to keep this open, there is hardly anything around for any alternative people, everywhere is dissepeering, there are some awsome shops there, keep it open!!!

This place has got to stay open it has some really great shops in there an no way should they be taken out it would jus be a total piss take in my eyes
It's places like this that give a city centre character and set it apart from the out of town shopping parks. The moment places like afflecks close, city centers will die!
Why on Earth would you ever consider forcing Afflecks out of Manchester.. It's the heart and sould of independent shopping!! We will fight you on the beaches muther fudgers!

I travel all the way from North Wales just to shop here. Tourism works both ways in N.Wales & Manchester you know!!!
why not improve it to get more people to come in to shop instead of building crap flats or chain stores. Support the small traders now as they may be the giants of tomorow, if they have somewhere to start off from.
You can't change Afflecks, it's an institution! And the only place in Manchester which sells decent poi, corsets, japanese kitchness, Disney chopsticks.....I could go on. It's one of a kind, and the traders there sell stuff you can't get anywhere else. Yeah I could shop on the web, but hell, give me some reason to get off my arse!
Affleck palace is cool....i make my own jewellery and badges etc etc...and visit this place often to go to the beadshop....affleck palce gives small business a chance. and closing it down would be depriving those small business an oppurtuity to bloom!! and in my opinion that is down right selfish
WHY DO BUILDING DEVELOPERS HAVE TO RUIN EVERYTHING?? Leave it the hell alone, for Goth's sake! We need SOMEWHERE where they sell an alternative to boring high-fashions. Let people express their individuality - keep Afflecks Alive!
Shops like Afflecks highlight the diversity within our culture. Not everyone wants to be mainstream. To close such a unique and facinating building just seems wrong.
i'm gonna sit in there if there gonna do that it's the only decent place for shopping in manchester lol
but if it does get closed i swear i'm chaining myself to the staircase or sit in the lift for like forever =D
closing down afflecks would make everyone who cloded it down hated afflecks palace rules it should so stay open everyone loves it.its the only descent none chav shop in britain so you better keep it open or else!!!
Afflecks is like a mecca for the said 'vibrant youth cultures'.
I've been going since I was a little girl - my mum used to take me and I think more than a lot of people would be more than disappointed if i was destroyed.
People's livelihoods depend on Afflecks. So keep it open :)
