I write this asking for your help!What type of society do we live in,protecting "sexual predators"?I was shocked to find that a registered sex offender is attending the same martial arts school as my son and I.Thinking,there must be rights to protect us,I asked for help,only to find he is the one with rights!We could face jail time confronting him.How is this possible?He can't establish residence or work within 1000 ft. of a school, but he can attend!What is that teaching our children!He has 3 convictions!We have to protect our children!Anyone with info on how I can make this matter public,and steps I can take to fight this,without incriminating myself,please email me tiffg03@aol.com.Thank you for your help.

Children's rights are more more important than the civil rights of a sex offender. Children have the right to be protected. When is the so called justice system is going to understand that sex offenders do not change and they repeat their offenses? Children and their families have the right to be safe once and for all. Obviously the legal system is not safe.

All I can say as bad as it is that having that person around children. The only thing I could think of is obeserve him around the chilkdren and see if he poses any danger tot those attending, not to mention having the proof would also be a good thing to have as well. Other than that I don't think there is much you can do until he either leaves or sadly is caught, which would be unwishful for any child to gog through.

she is right.anyone labled as a sex offender have themselves taken there right to be a part of society on there own when the SEX OFFENDER commited this hainus act and traded its ststus from a functining ,contributing member of soiciety ,to,SEX OFFENDER,no matter how big or small(though there are no sex crimes too small).Being a free American citizen is a privilidge,not a ticket to abuse.To be amongst our people and ESPCIALY OUR CHILDREN is a privlidge and a gift,when a person is to cross that line,the gift is gone and privlidge is lost!
