Adam Hersh Has Made Many Of Us Unhappy With His Ebay Sales, Slow And Over Priced Shipping, People Not recieving Their Items, People Recieving Items Differnt Then On The Auctions!! This Needs To Stop, Ebay Is Not Paying Attention To His Negative Feedback, And Adam Hersh Is Not Paying Attention To Our Negative Feedback, Something Has To be done!!!

I finally gave negative feedback through eBay (1/26/06) - seller called and said they would ship the poster after I removed my negative beed back. I refused to do that unless I received my poster first. They said it would ship in couple of days. Still no poster. I contacted them again. They told me send a letter to missing claims department (3/10/06). I did that 3/13/06.I have emailed them two times to see if they received my letter. No answer to my emails. I am done communicating with this seller!

If you write them they write back with canned emails. If you negative feedback them they do same but blame it all on you. A few days later I received an email stating one of the other two posters was damaged during packing and it was the last one in stock... this email came 3 days AFTER I was told they were shipped. 2 days later I got an email stating they would let me pick out 2 addition posters at no charge. I did just that and received an email 2 days later that they were shipped. 4 days later I received the exact email. No posters yet, and my blood is beginning to boil. STEER CLEAR of this mess and use someone else. This is a perfect example of someone who does not have a firm grip on their business and could care less about their customers.

Still, I was out about $50 and lots of time and ridiculous amounts of emails. I am furious with this seller- worst experience I have EVER had buying anything. I can't believe this stupid "company" is still around. GRRRRRRRRRR. I couldn't even leave negative feedback for some reason!!! I wasn't given that option!!!

He has had his Power Seller status removed and ebay has removed the retaliatory feedbacks he left for others. Also, I have seen that Hersh is even refunding some of the high S/H he charged.

Adam Hersch Auctions delayed with excuses and false promised until it was too late for me to file a complaint with paypal to get my money refunded. Since purchase was under $50, ebay will not pursue for damages. After I left a negative, what do they do? Post a negative to MY account. Unfortunately ebay rules will not allow removal of feedback unless I agree to remove mine. Not going to do that!!! Adam Hersch Auctions is a SCAM and a thief of hard earned money. I filed their paperwork to obtain a refund under the insurance I purchased. Its been MONTHS and all of my emails are being summarily ignored by this company. I even spoke to someone at Adam Hersch (on two occassions) who assured me my money was being refunded. Since that time, their feedbacks have plummeted and they are still doing business on ebay. I want nothing more than for ebay to disbar them.

He wants us to do all the work to get a refund. We paid by paypal, why can't he just send the refund back through paypal? He never respnded to any of me emails until I left a negative and then he left a negative staing he resolves all issues and is owrking on ours. Bull!! How can you work on resolving if you never communicate with the buyer. i think his positives are all form him with differenct accounts and not actual buyers. i have lost $12.00 but i have learned a valuable lesson. he is a scammer and a liar, staing he has items for sale that more than likely he never had in the first place. He needs to be investigated for fraud and taken off of ebay immediately.
