No human responses. Have yet to receive my item now 3 weeks. He took my money on day one!! I should have read negative feedback, my mistake on this one. Totally agree on shipping he is ripping people off to make his money. Get rid of him.The guy is ruining Ebay!
I made the mistake of bidding on a poster & I won it. I went to pay for it & there were SO many hidden costs...I was not about to pay for all of them. I then decided to read this guys feed back...there were so many negative things about him from people that paid him & they did not recieve their items. This guy has even called my home & he keeps harrassing me over the computer. He is also a stalker!
This guy is a con. He has more hidden charges. I have found if give negitive feedback regarding your dealings with him, he will give you negitive feedback and than request that each party remove the negitive feedback.
This guy has no business being on ebay.
Software would not process my payment and AH left neg feedback claiming that I refused to pay when I had actually spent HOURS trying to pay over and over again and reach his "so called" customer service!
A person who steals money is sent to prison. This Guy needs to pay the price for ripping us off. FOr me it was only about 20 dollars, but I care about those who will lose much more!!!
GET RID OF HIM!!!

Hi evryone,
I never received my poster from this "seller" either. If it's not too late for anyone here my advice to U is DON'T WAIT PAST 30 DAYS to file a Paypal claim. Personnaly, I don't care WHO the seller is, if my item is missing by day 25 I start inquiring about my item and at day 30 a file is claimed. Period. When it comes to your money don't trust anyone, not even a seller with 100% feedback! I too got the emails from Adam Hersch saying "you WILL get your item/money" like putting "will" in capital letters is a guarantee or something! I ignored it and went straight to Paypal. Paypal gives the seller 10 days to reply to a claim. As arrogant as A.H. is, he didn't bother replying to Paypal either when they presented my claim to him. So Paypal voted in my favour and my money was refunded to me in full. Of course, as soon as I got my money back I got an email from A.H. saying that I HAD received my item (not true to this day) and that they await my payment. HA! He can kiss my bl@ck @ss! I'm just writing this hopefully to help anyone who sees this petition get their money back. My poster cost 0.99$ that doesn't mean I didn't work for that money so I'm not gonna take being screwed and neither should any of you. If you've ordered from this guy and you haven't received your item after 20-25 days, file a claim with Paypal and ignore all the crappy emails A.H. will send you to "convince you" you'll get your money or item. Do this with ANY seller you deal with. Ask about your item, keep the emails & dates and go to Paypal to explain what happened in chronological order. Luckily, I've only had to file 2 claims since I started trading on ebay but everytime I did, I got my $ back. Afterall as the buyers/customer WE are RIGHT!
Good luck everyone!
Won item on 4/21/05 paid via paypal.com the same day. Never received my item. Tried to email several times only got a generic reply. Finally contacted paypal and filed a dispute and then somebody named Guy T contacted me saying drop the dispute and then i will ship your poster but not until you drop the dispute or to call his 800 number to work it out. Emailed back and told him i cannot and will not drop it because if i do and don't receive my poster i cannot reopen the dispute and i'm out the money. All i received back was another generic email message. Tried to call the 800 number several times only get voice mail, left several massages and still no reply. Yesterday i left neg feedback and got an email saying he wanted to get it right and was told to get it right ship my dam poster. Still no reply. I filed my dispute on 5/4/05 seller still has not responded to PayPal.com and has until the 14th. If he does not reply it will speed things up on my refund because it i will be awarded by default the money i paid. They will automatically deduct it from his account. I reported his actions fully to eBay, hopefully they will remove him from ebay. I would suggest to anyone who paid by PayPal and got ripped off to file a dispute with them, you will get your money back and eventually they will revoke his PayPal account and since PayPal and eBay are one in the same now eBay will remove his account for selling.
The only contact you will receive from this company is if you post a negative feedback, otherwise I don't think they care. Received product damaged, was overcharged shipping and highly recommend you avoid them - there are other (better) sources on eBay
I have filed a complaint to fox 5 news and I hope that the rest of ebay members are willing to do the same. goto fox5tips@wttg.com and make the claim. Lets see him fall on tv.
Seller wants me to use his website to make a payment. Leading me to think its paypal. So, I can add my personal info, no way. I called and left several emails, but refuses to respond. He was know under a differnt name before 9-10-01 as bostnclubs. Im willing to goto the news and expose him. Why would I give my personal financial info if he dont even respond to emails. This guy is a major crook and needs to be perm off ebay.
i have been emailing adam to get a total and mailing address and all i get is some computerized response with no info.. Today he posted a negative no pay on my account. After reading all these petitions i hope we can do something about this guy.. he needs to be stopped.
We got 2 posters from them, wanted to combined the shipping. We had a hell of a time on the "Checkout" system so we worked it out ourselves. One poster was .99 cents and the other was $3.25. We came up with the total of $16.21. I then started reading the feedback and got a little worried, so I called the 800# and did get to speak with "Guy" from Hersh and he informed me that the total was $18.20 a differance of $1.99 which was for insurance. He told me that when my payment arrived (it was by Money Order) someone would call me to see what to do. After a couple of weeks I received an email saying I still owed $4.65 to which I sent one back saying that was not the case. I received a respose back from "Anthony" and he told me to send the $1.99 and they would send out my items. I then explained that I was not going to get another money order for $1.99 when it would cost me about $8.00 to do that (I live in Canada). I told him to refund my money all for $1.99. To which they said they would minus a 2.00 "restocking" fee.
I then had two "non-paying bidders" opened by them to which I sent all the information to ebay and funny how they closed them right away and then I got an applogy from "Adam" saying they where sending my refund out with no cost to me.
I waited and still nothing so I opened a "item not received" with ebay and only then did I get a response from them telling me to close it. To which I said "no not until I receive the refund" I then got a email telling me the cheque # but not the amount. I finally received the refund but it was only for $7.97 which is $8.24 short of what I paid. I sent another email back asking where was the rest and got the response saying "anthony told you about the restocking fees" To which I sent the email from them saying it would be at no cost to me. Then the wanted to trade positve feedback! I think not. I have yet to hear where the rest of
pls ban this complete fraudster...he expects payment with full credit card details on an unsecured website having refused to send a normal eBay Paypal invoice. He charges extortionate shipping costs. He advertises on the eBay.uk site to ensnare unwitting buyers not realising he is in America. He has shocking feedback. I am constantly amazed eBay allows these sellers to trade given the dreadful publicity it attracts but eBay have never helped me with 'problem' sellers. Adam Hersch is clearly a large retail organisation whereas eBay advertises itself as a forum for private individuals to deal with each other. Shoddy all round.
A poster for my daughter was poorly packaged and arrived with heavy damage. It was insured. I sent it back with request for replacement, and they claim they never received it.
I sent the money order and he files nonpayment on me and will not answer my emails. I have bought over 200 things on ebay and never had a problem till dealing with this guy. he will only send automated responses to emails. I had the receipt from the money order and sent all that information to him and still no response from him
Charged $6.99 plus mandatory insurance of $2. Actual shipping was $1.98 and it was not insured. The poster was cheap and I didn't mind paying a little extra for shipping because of that but $7 too much is sick. Put an end to this.
Have had the same problems with Adam Hersh Auctions, including emails that threaten to start non-payment procedures three weeks AFTER the payment was made via Postal Money Order and cleared through USPS. Also there is absolutely no way to get in tough with a real human representative of the company. I will absolute not do business with this company in the future.
I was the high bidder on a poster ($.99). Shipping was a litte high, but I was ok with that. However, trying to get through his checkout is a big joke. I was going to order a frame from him with the poster, but when I got to the end and saw the shipping charges, I nearly passed out. Obviously, I did not go through with the frame, but when I went back to just pay for the poster, I can't make it to the final checkout...as though I am stuck in an endless loop. I have called and left a message, as well as emails. He has very poor communication and appears to be a rip-off artist. As of now, I still have not been able to pay for the 99 cent poster, but his automatic threatning emails keep coming- what a waste of time!
I paid for an item on the 24th of April with PayPal. I for insurance, $1.99 and the shipping (not handling) was 6.99 and the poster was .99 plus tax.
The actual shipping cost under $1.50. He wonderful help on his website does nothing. Generated absolutely no help. He claims shipping can take up to 10-14 business days. My item was shipped on May 2 and I received it on May 6th. It should of been sent out the day or next day when payment was received. Someone should contact Paypal on him overcharging on his shipping and the b------t insurance charges. The problem is he knows his 99 cent posters are a great price but he charges ridiculous amounts of shipping to make a profit. I unfortunately did not read his feed back. I'd like to know why ebay hasn't put a stop to him.
Charges obscene amounts for postage and packing and left me negative feedback saying I didnt contact him with my issues of postage taking forever..I did email him several times but was told it will get to you eventually! Paid $14 in shipping when it cost him $5.90. Scam artist!!!
ADAM HERSH HAS TO BE BANNED!!! I purchased a poster on 3-30 and never got it i sent over 35 emails and all i got in response was a auto repsonse emails. He is a Scam artist and needs to be stopped. EBAY need to kick him for life.or does he. His shipping rates are a little out of control also. He is a CROOK all around. this has been going on for almost a year now SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS NONSENSE.
This dickhead charged postage costs twice for two posters, then sent them both together.£12.00 ! both were so badly damaged upon receipt that i may use them as toilet paper.
Unfortunately i had purchased another poster before the other two arrived, this one was badly damaged and the prick left me neg feedback claiming the poster was damaged prior to being sold. The poster is not the same as the one pictured on his auction. Bad example of American ebayer. I'll do the best I can to pre warn ebayers here in the United Kingdom.
I won 2 posters. They were of horrible quality. I e-mailed and was told to send them back for a full refund. Received a partial refund so I e-mailed again. This went on for 2 months. I finally received a full refund after threatening to turn them in to E-bay and the Better Business Bureau. I believe that E-bay should step in and issue some consequences for Adam Hersh.
Paid .99 for the poster.
Total bill was 11.97
Incredible that shipping and insurance would be 10.98 when the tube clearly showed the cost to send was $1.10!!!
Poster was okay but I guess you get what you pay for.
He refuses to ship my latest group but this is my own fault. I purchased items earlier - he shipped wrong poster when I returned it I got nothing in return at least I filed a PayPal complaint. But it is my own fault I got screwed twice.
My computer had problems with freezing up, and it wouldn't register whether or not I have successfully purchased an item, so I bought it three times thinking I bought it once. I politely asked if they would forgive the mistake (why would I want three of one poster???) and they were very rude and said forget it, I have to buy all three and if I didn't pay they would go the Credit Bureau. Remove this scum!!!!!
I bought a poster of that kid Danny Pintauro from Who's the Boss. Then I found out that the kid is gay and grown up! I paid for it, and I feel like a used whore and a buffoon.
I just received my poster yesterday after nearly 3 weeks. I was charged $5.99 for shipping + insurance, but the shipping tube said that it only cost $1.52 (no insurance). Although the cardboard tube was cracked open my poster arrived intact. The poster was a poor-quality copy--nothing like the description in the auction. His was only the second negative feedback I gave. I hope that he will be removed from eBay.Experiences like this sure make a buyer hesitant to purchase anything online. It is almost like playing "Russian Roulette" with your money.
I was afraid of getting negative feedback so I gave him the positive BS feedback he wanted to hear. I can't afford to have a negative feedback left for me. So I'll post my real feedback here.
I paid 5.99 in shipping for a .99 poster. Actual cost of shipping was 1.88. Says so on the USPS sticker on the damn tube.
Paid another 1.99 for insurance and the item was not even insured.
Took two and a half weeks for the poster to get to me. I had around seven or eight other auctions close at the same time or later and they got to me before this one.
The poster was not the size advertised. It was actually smaller.
If sellers forget to tell me that they've received payment from me, I send them a friendly reminder to let me know if they've received payment. I was greeted with automated responses in return. Never had a live e-mail sent to me. Very poor communication. Actually non-existent communication.
After I got the automated response, I looked through all his negative feedback and deiced to cut my losses and just not worry about it. To be honest, I am surprised I even received the item. That it even shipped out in the first place.
I paid $4.99 plus $15.00 US for shipping to Canada which now equals $30.00 for a very bad cheaply reproduced copy, this I know because my husband is a high security printer here. Plus the actual cost for the shipping was marked $2.10 - blantantly ripped me off and then responded with stupid repetitive automated emails. This guy is making a fortune off the backs of regular hard working honest people. He is living in wealth if you count the number of rip-offs so please everyone pressure EBay to stop this guy and Notify the UPS people too or he will keep doing this and gaining more wealth. It took at least 2 months to get this crap which is outrageous! PLEASE STOP THIS CRIMINAL AND OTHER CRIMINALS WILL ALSO REALIZE THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT.
Where do I begin in dealing with this miserable and in my opinion criminal company and person. First they make it so difficult to pay for an item which is completely redicilious. Now I understand the method to their madness. They have it so that you have to invest so much time and energy into the origional purchase that either by the time the item comes and you realize it is junk or it never comes at all as was the case with me, you are so exhauster bfrom dealing with them and all their automated replies that are made to look like personal replies, that most people probably in the interest of their own value of time and sanity simply cut their losses and forget about them. Then it would be my guess that a fair amount of those people in effort to further distance themselves from these people do not even file a negative feedback for fear that they will do the same in return even though they have no actual claim to do so. In my opinion eBay needs to take some responsibility for these kinds of activity as well. I have written them also as I can see others have as well and they do not even respond. I find it funny that they have all these policies in place that seem to clearly protect themselves but not enough in place to protect the buyers on their venue. To digress for a second they allow words like "preprint" to be used, which is barely an actual word and does not mean what it is written to describe. They allow sellers to say actual signature when further in the small print they reference that ti is a copy of the actual signature. If we had to so completely read each and every auction before we bid, we would not get very much else done. The title and headlines should be mandatory accurate. But back to Adam Hersh Auctions. It would be my guess thatb they don't often reply because they probably don't often read what is written to them. It was not until after so many messages I could not even count them all that I finally threatened to fil
Adam Hersh has been sending me threating emails to suspend my ebay account; claiming I didn't pay for an item. I've emailed him date, ebay transaction # but it is igored. Ebay does not respond either to similar messages. I have had a perfect record with ebay till now.
I left him Negative Feedback as I had been well overcharged with the Postage cost, as well as all his email replies are Automated & He is a Cap Lock Freak, He never replied in Person. It also took 3 weeks to get here, & then I get a phone call at 2.30 in the morning, my wife picked up the phone & all she heard was is Stephen there, & the phone went dead, I found out this morning that he had got my phone number from Ebay, Give us a Break Fool we do sleep in Australia you Moron, you deserve Negative Feedback as well as getting the kick from Ebay, My worst Ebay Deal ever & your only the second Negative feedback I have given since I started in Ebay, You want me to remove it, NO WAY, After the phone call you are lucky I do not get in touch with Ebay about the time you rang me up.
just got off the phone with AdamHersh Auction. A real live voice. So for the next 2 maybe 3 hrs you may be able to get in. The phone number is 1-888-481-3500, or 1-212-481-2184. Informations says business hrs mon-fri 8:00-5:30 eastern standard time. Good Luck.
I bought a .99 cent poster from Adam Hersh and was appalled at the shipping charges. I tried emailing them and asking if I could retract my bid, explaining that I had a limited spending limit for my 4yr olds birthday gifts. They didnt respond to the first 3 emails and 2 phone calls. After emailing them a 3rd time asking them to respond, they wrote back with threats of collections and suspension of my ebay account. I refuse to pay the shipping and have told them that I will send a $1 for the poster as long as they keep it. They think that one negative mark on my otherwise perfect status is going to cripple my reputation. I'd rather do business with my regular (more customer friendly) poster source.
If you feel you are overcharged on postage and paid for bogus insurance, report him here: https://www.usps.com/post alinspectors/fraud/MailFr audComplaint.htm It's mail fraud and if there's enough complain, the USPS will investigate!
My problem with Adam Hersh is quite simple. I paid $2 for shipping insurance for an item that was not insured. When the item arrived, it was undamaged and uninsured. This is a simple case of fraud. Granted, it was only for $2, but Adam Hersh does at least 7,000 trasactions per month. If he's ripping off everyone for $2, that's $14,000 per month and $148,000 per year; not a bad racket. It's not like he gives you a choice to buy the insurance, you HAVE to pay for it. I also believe that he overcharges for shipping. This could also be considered by Ebay to be a 'bait and switch' to avoid ebay fees. The item I purchased cost him $1.24 in postage and maybe $.18 in cardboard. He charged me $6.00. It cannot possible cost $5.00 in labor to put a poster in a tube; even if it's union help!
I bid for a poster for my niece's birthday. I failed to look more closely at his feedback. I am hoping I get the poster soon, but I am not betting on it.
In the past two weeks I have made 5 transactions on the internet, and 3 of them have been through Ebay counting my my bid with him. I have received all my orders. The Ebay orders were completed after his and I recieved them 3 days ago. I live in Utah and that company is based in Florida.
I have sent him 3 e-mails, recieving automated replys asking for my patience, because of the thousands of orders and e-mails they get weekly. (If he is so backlogged maybe he should cut his orders) I have called his 888 number only to be referred to a website, I left a message.
I looked at his profile amongst them he is noted as one of the most successful Trade Associates on Ebay having his sales on the internet go into the millions, and among his most noted accomplishments is his interviews he has given in Ebay. In fact, if you type his name into the search box on Ebay you can even purchase an in-person 45 minute consulting phone call with him for $299.00.
About the so called percentage (+)feedback that is given for a seller the number includes the seller and the buyer. If you ordered from him 10 time and 9 times you gave him a (+) feedback and once your gave him a (-) your feedback is only counted once and it is most likely to be the (+). Ebay calls it unique buyer and or seller.
So to see what his average in the real world is I did some tabulations. He has never gotten a bad feedback or even nutral from a seller, nor has he ever needed any mutual withdraw of a (-) feedback.
So for the buyers I added the 660 withdawn to the 88708 buyers and came up with 89364. Then of the posted (+)feedback from buyers I divided the 83952 minus the 120 sellers and came up with 94.5%. Somewhat different than what Ebay posts. And when I did the same with his month's and year's average it I came up the same.
I was over charged shipping, item stated 6.99$ + 2.99$ each additional item, charged 24.88$ on four. These were posters all sent the same as if one was bought. Really if you feel shipping for one 6.99 was fair shipping for 4 should still be 6.99. I understand 6.99; 3$ for the tube and 3$ for postage a dollar to buy a soda after all that hard work. 18$ more for what exactly? Main reason for it being a negative feedback instead of merely neutral no matter how you figure the math 24.88$ was more than four of these should have cost.
Beyond that someone bent the tube so all four items have a crease in the same place. If you want to force people to pay insurance you should replace the items, and if you want to charge that high of shipping then the items should have been sent individually so I might actually have a good one, or at least in a good solid tube for the extra 3 dollars for each additional piece.
I am very displeased with their inability to return emails too. I tried to give them a chance to fix it and they never returned any of my emails so I went ahead and left negative feedback and they have the nerve email me at that point saying no really "are you sure you want to leave negative feedback we would really like to try and make amends so you can leave us a good mark". They have not answered either of the emails and the subject line has the negative heading that they wanted to see but they haven't gotten around to replacing or refunding anything.
There add said "rolled in a plastic protective tube." That was a selling feature for me I thought there was going to be plastic tubes the the items would be protected in for the extra 3$ each piece. They were mailed in a single card board tube in one plastic sleeve wound very tightly leaving finger prints on the face of the picture instead of rolling them face out so as to not mess up the picture. Horrible customer service all around. Would really just like my money back.
Please help me and all consumer victims of this fraudster by contacting the Better Business Bureau, the NYC Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the National Fraud Information Center. I will do the same.
$14 for a .01 auction win. thats how much one poster cost me, and it took over 2 weeks to get to me AFTER paying the outlandish shipping rate. This person needs to be removed
Why does anyone buy from this guy? His record is there for all to see. Anyway, don't expect eBay to take action against any frequent seller like him. They make money from him, and that's ALL they care about.
this guy is making a ton of cash by overcharging on his shipping! bought 2 posters for around $3.50 and paid $34 for shipping, what a rip!!!!!!!!!! oh and of course no reply except for standard one for e-mails! say "goodbye adam you have made enough from people"
Basically same story. Paid for items and all that showed up was empty tube. Followed customer service instructions and sent letter and follow up e-mails and nothing. Their web site was no help....automated response. Left negative feedback and they respond with negative feedback for me that I was un willing to reolve the issue! I don't understand what it takes for ebay to take action!!?? All negative feed backs left by seller for those whao have been frauded should be removed by ebay!
I paid $10 for a $.99 poster. It has been over 2.5 months, I have emailed numerous times and never received anything back but automated emails. The shipping is outrageously priced and I have finally left negative feedback. Last month he had over 600+ negative feedbacks alone! If eBay won't do something, I would hope that the USPS would at least intervene on behald of their clients.
This dude is such a punk I paid alot for the shipping and paid the insurance all i wanted waas the poster . The stupid email thing is not cool what I am going to do is take this petition and al the emails that i have sent and recieved down to my postmaster general and see what can be done about htis fraud because decieving somebody through the mail is a federal offense.
I paid $9 in hidden costs for shipping a 99 cent poster, and it arrived eventually with a stamp saying $1.75 for postage. This is a rip. I left him negative feedback and then he adds an addendum to his feedback to me that I was a bad customer. I paid him instantaneously, he should have no complaints about me. He kept sending me automated emails requesting that I withdraw my negative feedback. It's ridiculous to think that I would remove this negative feedback when I had a negative experience with the seller, and to add an addendum to his feedback to me just to hold it over me to remove my negative feedback is ludacris.
I ended up paying $13.94 for two 99 cent posters. It's been six weeks and no posters. And, he has the nerve to say I left incorrect information. Not true. He should be removed from EBAY as he is giving EBAY a bad name. You'll notice I haven't shopped from EBAY since. Don't know if I will. I don't need this sort of hassle!
I pain an insane amount for shipping on a poster that only cost $1.98 to ship. I was forced to pay for insurance that didn't exist! He wouldn't reply to numerous emails and he lied about the ship date! He should be removed from E-bay!
I Knowingly paid 9 USD for a .99 cent poster, transaction went through from both ends and read PAID, never received it,(it's been a month) and now when i leave negative feedback saying waited a month no merch, he practically crusifies me making it look like i scammed him telling other sellers to stop my bids! what an assfuck.
Extremly poor service, no response to numerous emails. He left me positive feedback for my fast payment then won't respond to emails regarding the status of my posters.
I purchased a .99 poster for my kids, paid $8 for shipping and 'insurance' and never got the stupid thing! I emailed, and that didn't help. What a joke!
I paid shipping insurance on a $.99 poster. I received poster 5 weeks after I order it. Postage on brown tube was $.83, but I was charged $6.99. Adam had the nerve to reply to my negative feedback as"Customer had bad experience, but instead of contacting me he left a bad feedback. This could not be further from the truth. I e-mailed him 5 times and called him 3 times. I have only gotten a poor sounding answering machine and auto-reply e-mails. This guy is a joke!
I ordered a poster for the Bada Bing and Adam never sent it. Adam, justice will be served Soprano style. You don't reply to e-mails so maybe we need to get your attention? You screwed me and several other people and WE will not stand for it. Uncle Junior gave me the nod on you buddy.....
It took over 3 weeks to receive 2 of 3 $.99 posters, plus$16.00 shipping. They state 1 was damaged in transit (how would they know, they have no receipt shipping. The most it should have cost: $5.00 as a generous estimate. Repeated emails to them- they would only ask me to look at their web site, which disregarded my request for current information, no answers to my questions- VERY infuriating- finally received 3rd poster 5 weeks + after purchase.
Adam is a fraud. Poster of bad quality. I won't rest until this a-hole is rooming in a 4x6 cell with "Jerome."
Hey Adam Doosh "say hello to my little friend"
I bought a poster for my fiancee's birthday on Tuesday. I paid $26.99 shipping for a $.99 poster just so I could have it in 5 days. It has now been 9 days later and I haven't received it. I also had to pay $1.99 for insurance! I have only received auto-replies to the 4 e-mails I have send.
P.S. I agree with K's assessment "sack of shit."
My poster arrived in good condition, but I paid an insane amount of postage and bogus insurance. I first got an email saying my poster was shipped on 4/14/05 through Priority. I paid extra to use that so I can have it in time for a presentation. Emailed twice and got those automated response. I have never received a tracking number. When the poster got here, it is 4/21/05, and the postmarked was 4/19/05. So I concluded that this is not USPS fault, and that Mr. Adam failed to dropped off the item for 5 days and flat out lied to me in an email. Very unprofessional, and I paid extra for priority for nothing!!!
recieved the WRONG poster and i sent him many emails to tell him this. regardless, he responds with just automated emails and leave negative feedback saying i never emailed him. i dont even know why i bought from him in the first place. if anybody reads this for the love of god do not buy from this sad sack of shit
Shorted a poster, but yeah...no insurance on tube. The rates are insane on P&H and just extortion on demanding insurance. Having PayPal trying to look into it all, as only communication I ever get are computerized letters to a FAQ site that simply doesn't work. So my feedback on poster I DID recieve was fine, but had ordered another that is in limbo.
I paid 20.00, for a poster. A poster that I never recieved. And then he had the nerve to leave bad feedback about me. I tried contacting him no reply. Is there any way to get your money back? Probably not. So basically this prick is stealing from us!!
These are mostly copies and fakes. I know for certain that several Ozzy posters are forgeries.Expensive shipping-mandatory insurance-overall a scam artist
I was shorted a print and paid promply. He is not returning any email. I have been sending them about 3 times per day. I buy and sell and do my darndest always to be honest. I pay my bills and I expect to get the same in return. Will be slowing down on ebay. I am just disgusted with the mess overall. Never ever have overpaid for shipping as I have in this order. Then not even getting 1 of the prints. JUST PLAIN OLE DISGUSTED!!!
never recieved poster and sent missing claim into him and recieved email saying it had gone past the 8 week allotted time for refund and it's only been 6 weeks...this guy is a scam artist...
Ok I tried to contact Adam Hersh and got no where I still have no poster and no refund so I got pissed off sent him an email saying that I was fucking going to kick his ass or something along those lines and know not only do I have no poster, no refund, he's still scamming others but he fowarded the email to ebay and now I'm off of ebay this has to stop someone has got to do something about this guy.
I paid 10 dollars of shipping protection and when I received my poster, it was broken, torn and folded!!! And after all, mister have a bad attitude in his feadback to me!!!
The poster(s) I ordered were not the same size that were specified on the auction and in email reply I recieved asking if they were the size listed. Charged me about 12 dollars for shipping and the Tube it shipped in had a sticker on it for $3.75!!! May GOD have Mercy on this Man....For it is written "Vengance is Mine, I WILL REPAY Says the LORD"
The poster I ordered was described as an Original Movie Poster, not a reprint. This was a blatant lie, as the poster was a small reprint reproduction of the original. This is a great petition because Adam Hersh is a swindler and more people need to be warned of their bad practices.
I ordered 2 posters back in January of 2005 and still haven't received them. After calling and emailing several times, I finally got someone to answer their phone. It turned out that the posters were shipped to a wrong address that my ebay item was under. I did fill out their claim form and now it's back to square one with these guys. Can't contact them via phone and you never get a response back from emails. I myself are a on-line retailer but I can guarantee that if I treated my customers this way, I would be out of business in no time.
I was charged a different price for shipping than stated in the auction - by $4.00!! I went ahead and payed for priority, since the site said it would arrive in 2-3 business days, and I NEEDED the poster by a certain date. Low and behold, over a week has passed, and my poster has not arrived, and after numerous e-mails, I have yet to get in touch with an actual person. Meanshile, 3 days after I paid for my Adam Hersh auction, I ordered a poster from AllPosters.com for less than half the shipping, and it arrived in 2 days! This seller is a swindler!
first,i appreciate someone created the petition to remove this bad seller.i ordered the poster on his e-bay store last month. after 2 weeks i got the poster but that was not what i orderd.i contacted to the seller and he offered me his FAQ on his website. i addresssed my problems on FAQ, but get no feedback. and i left the negative feedback to him. and he left me the negative feedback to me, and insulted me the horrible buyer. how can this guy be so rude and arrogant after sent me the wrong poster.look at his feedback, he always making excuses after buyers leave him the negativeback.
His shipping is defnitely overpriced. The poster I ordered took 3-4 weeks to get delivered and the tube was damaged. The poster was also bent up a little bit. His check-out techniques are very difficult to understand and there is hardly any human email response-----I am so for removing him from ebay. Thank you for the vent.
I was highly disapointed with this company. At first I was very excited to find such a beautiful low priced wildlife poster. After being slammed with hidden extra shipping and insurance costs, receiving the poster 3 weeks later and it being of very poor quality not looking like the description on ebay.....I was not a happy person! The automatic response emails and the recorded phone messages are wrong. Ebay, please remove this seller for the good of your company. Thanks!
