Ordered poster for my son on Dec 5th, was a Christmas gift, got automated email that the post office had damaged the poster, and it was not longer in stock, he is still selling this item on Ebay when he tole me it was not in stock,,??? filed claim with paypal for full refund. Also everytime that I tried to navigate it all I got was that the item had been sent. So I went to Paypal to dispute it and then I got a negative response to my ebay account from them saying that I was well informed. This was the first response from them other than the automated emails. I recommend that buyers not order from this e-bay'er

PayPal refunded but keep getting threatening emails for money. This is the first bad experience I've had on ebay. ebay should ask themselves if a person bought something from a seller like this as there first ebay purchase and had a bad experience, would they ever use ebay again?

Ordered 3 posters for a total of $5.03. By processing payment through his automated service, the shipping costs w/insurance came to $27.97. However, his site states that they will lower the cost of shipping and insurance if shipping more than (1) item together. This would make my total $21.97. Which I still feel is outrageous but I would abide by my committment. So I have made several attempts to find out how I can pay with the reduced shipping/insurance costs. I get nothing but automated feedback. I tried calling the number they list on the site. It too is nothing but a recording. I do however receive automated emails asking me to provide feedback. I'm afraid to leave negative feedback as I am new to Ebay and don't wish to receive negative feedback so early in my transactions. Fortunately, I haven't paid yet. Not sure if this will come to haunt me. After reading all of this feedback, I am very surprised he is still doing business!!

They are a bunch of crooks i ordered a poster in july and they say it got damaged in the post and was sent back to them and is now not available, bullshit! so i asked for my money back, i have heard nothing and no sign of a refund, i now am sure i have been conned and am pissed off that e bay let this go on.i have not bought anything on e bay since and will not in the future i feel with all the negative feedback e bay should remove these con artists.

I left neg. feedback on day nine. On top of everything, I paid immediately after winning, and he gave me neg. feedback b/c I gave the same to him. Then he has the audacity to offer to remove his feedback if I removed mine. Ah, blackmail... I'll sacrifice my reputation to end his. I believe there was less than one dollar's worth of stamps on the package. Wow.

It took over 6 weeks for a poster to reach my grandson. after the auction ended we paid immediately only to have an auto response 3 weeks later saying the poster was delayed, but it was being shipped. 2 weeks later no poster and no response from the company to our email. when we finally requested a refunded they contacted us saying to be patient...the poster had come back to them becausr it was "damaged" in transit. after 6 1/2 weeks the poster finally arrived, bent!
I got ripped by adamhersh. Bid on two framed posters, and got a tube about three weeks later that I never even bothered to open to see if it at least had the proper posters. Emailed adamhersh, said frames were being shipped seperately, yeah right. Just won my paypal dispute and will be getting my $75 back.
I have been TRYING for over 2 weeks to get return info for this "poster" that I "won" for 99cents 19.99 shipping and then the bill came to 33.00$. I don't know what to do. I am reporting him to Overstcked.com where I got sucked into this farse. Thank you for your work. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

I have two friends who ordered items from this seller on ebay. neither have received their products, and both paid outrageous shipping costs.
They contacted ebay, asking how someone with such negative comments even in the positive feedbacks could still be allowed to sell. the answer from ebay was that they didnt make decisions based on feedback, but on complaints made directly to them. i think if everyone were to complain directly to ebay, non stop, dont accept any other alternatives but to get rid of him, it might work getting him off of ebay.

This is by far the WORST transaction I hae ever encountered. Five 99 cent posters cost me over $55 to ship and I didn't even get it all yet. (Wondering if I ever will.) He sends automated responses to my questions which in turn leads me to a dead web address. I also noticed that the only way to get his attention is to leave negative feedback - of course, he'll send a neg feedback in retaliation even though he deserves it and the buyer has exhausted all efforts to work out the matter. The guy is a scammer.
What a terrible way to start my time on Ebay. Adam Hersh is probably the worst thing for Ebay. I'd buy one of those Bonsai Kittens before I buy another item from Adam Hersh. And i'd never buy one of those becuase that's cruel, so basically, i'll never buy another thing from adam hersh auctions.
I can't imagine that Adam Hersh has any positive feedback. It has to be a fluke. After numerous pleas, via email and telephone, I have not received the product paid for. When I have given a "last warning" re charge back, I was answered with promises of a new shipment that NEVER arrives.To top it all off, Hersh threatens all customers with a negative rating if they dare to post any poor comments about his lack of performance. If Ebay is to remain a trusted source, how can the powers that be allow a thief Ebay participation?
Adam Hersh is a scammer. He never sent the product, only responds to emails with you threaten him with chargebacks, and never fulfills promises to ship. His phone number is a dead end, as is his company.
I live in the United Kingdom - 2 0.99c prints in frames became +$120 when the shipping was added. When I complained that the shipping costs where too high and hard to locate, he gave me negative feedback.

No item after 12 days, no reply to emails except impersonal automated ones. Filed complaint with paypal, THEN I got a reply to drop it and he will resend item. SCAM!! Immediately left negative feedback for him on ebay and within minutes he left negative feedback for me even though I paid within minutes of auction ending. I bought 2 posters from adam hersh, paid .99 cents for one and $2.99 for the other, on the auction it says that shipping would be combined for multiple purchases, and i would be charged $2.99 per item then it stated to add $1.99 per item for insurance..i was charged over $25.00 i sent e-mails, and we all know what that is about, also, i reported to e-bay, and was told to work it out with adam hersh. He retaliated against my neg/feedback, and is now calling my house..he also left an e-mail telling me that the over charging was meant to pay for his labor fees on packing these posters for shipping..he is very rude, and a criminal !
I needed this poster for a production at our civic center.I paid $15.99 for extra for two day fast shipping. It took aweek and a half to get, by that time I didn't need it. E-mails were ignored.The only response I got was after I gave them a deserved negative.He is a disgrace to Ebay and should be banned.

I bought Bubble envelopes from this crook. He sent me padded envelopes. He charged me $25.00 shipping plus $1.99 for insurance. Called ups they said all shippments are covered by $100 .oo insurance. Said $1.99 was not paid. FRAUD.Ebay and paypal will do nothing because he is a high volume seller.

I payed $9 shipping for two posters that actually cost $3 to ship according to lasbels. Both posters were severely damaged by a large crimp in the tube. Hersh refuses to adress the problem. I can't complain to PayPal because you have to have a 50+ positive rating on eBay, I only have 41. I believe this person is a scam artist and a blight on the eBay community.
None of the "blacklight" posters sold by Adam Hirsh Auctions, are actually *blacklight* posters. They dont glow under blacklight. They're just regular prints.

I also ordered a poster from adamhersh - when I got a damaged item I was told not to worry as it will be replaced - well since then I have sent a dozen emails and still nothing - I was RIPPED OFF - why don't we get togeather and file a class action - fraud suit as it cross state line - these people need to be put out of business as they are nothing but a common thief - stealing from the pockets of people and laughing all the way to the bank. these people need to go to JAIL
I purchased three posters and paid for three separate shipping charges. Two of the posters arrived in one tube and the third has yet to arrive. I contacted Adam Hersh and to my surprise I did receive a response. They claim the item was damaged by the US Postal Service and they would be replacing it soon. It is 4 months and many calls and e-mails later and still nothing in the mail. I did get my revenge and made about 50 calls to the toll free phone number and stayed on the line for as long as I could. I think they paid for more calls than the poster was worth.
Item did not arrive so I final a complaint with Paypal and received my money back. Have received three threatening emails from Adam saying: ITEM SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED BY NOW. PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT OR THIS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY... I say bring it on... I work in the collections industry and know that they can't do zip to my credit rating. In fact, I will personally file a lawsuit against him if he so much as attempts this.
People paying with paypal, dont be afraid to file to get your money back. Paypal knows about Adam Hersh and will refund your money.
I agree with all the other comments posted about Adam Hersh's Ebay auctions. I too won several auctions for framed posters at $.99 each and was then informed (after the close of the auction) that my shipping for these items was almost $110! When I left negative feedback and filed a Square Trade complaint, I was basically told I had no option but to either pay for the items and not have them shipped or pay for the items with the over $100 shipping cost. This is outrageous and I agree that they should be kicked off Ebay altogether!!!!
I did the "Buy It Now" option on a print so I could get it quickly. I went immediately to the payment section but when I got to the shipping portion, it gives three "options":

There is one listed, but when I called it there was a lengthy message stating that they have too many clients and can't man the phones. So, I went directly to the web site and sent my concerns about the shipping amounts. I then received a generic response thanking me for my email, but stating that they don't have time to answer their emails because of volume. I'd love to talk to the seller, but that seems impossible. I'm angry that my 100% feedback may be tarnished, because I refuse to be forced into paying $29.99 (or $1499.99?!!) in shipping for a poster--it seems apparent that the seller is only truly giving one option for shipping, otherwise his website would have been fixed long ago. I have emailed eBay with my concerns--we'll see what happens.
I have had a terrible spyware problem and recently I have been looking into it to determine where it originated. When I clicked one of the most damaging and malignant pop-up ads to see where it led, I was greeted with a list of Adam Hersh's Mall Rats auctions on Ebay. I have never delt with him, but anybody who uses spyware to attract customers or for any other purpose is dispicable in my book, and if there was a petition to have him hanged on the courthouse lawn I would sign that one too.
It may take them 14 business days to send me my poster? Please be patient? No receipt of payment until a week after it was paid? No positive feedback until after I leave it for them? This company is a joke and I'm embarrassed that I fell for their scam.

I ordered a poster over a month ago, paid IMMEDIATELY, have receipts from bidpay AND ah auctions for my payment, and he is still filing an unpaid item complaint against me (tarnishing my perfect ebay record :( ).
Complete Rip off. Paid $3.68 for all 4 shipping tubes, they shipped in one tube, so all 4 posters came damaged and wrinkled. Also, 3 out of 4 posters were not the correct sizes that were mentioned on line. All the frames I bought will need to be returned. They dont answer e-mail they dont respond at all. Straight up crooks.
