Terrible customer service. You'll get better results trying to communicate with an anvil. I ordered 3 posters from this racket. Received the first one ok. A few days later I received an email stating one of the other two posters was damaged during packing and it was the last one in stock... this email came 3 days AFTER I was told they were shipped. 2 days later I got an email stating they would let me pick out 2 addition posters at no charge. I did just that and received an email 2 days later that they were shipped. 4 days later I received the exact email. No posters yet, and my blood is beginning to boil. STEER CLEAR of this mess and use someone else. This is a perfect example of someone who does not have a firm grip on their business and could care less about their customers.

Adam Hersh is a crook. I thought I was the only one and am blown away by the number of respondents with experiences similar to mine. In May of 2005 I ordered a $.99 poster from this fraud, not to mention the RIDICULOUS S&H charges...it is now May 2006 and I still have not received this stupid poster. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and made several phone calls. When I am fortunate enough to get a response I am told that the poster was damaged during shipping and they will send another one. (Why would they wait to hear from me before sending a replacement if they already knew it was damaged during shipping?) Because they're FRAUDS, that's why!!! It is UNBELIEVABLE how much time I have wasted on these people because of a $.99 poster. I got totally ripped off and ended up losing a ton of money, even though I did the whole investigation and was awarded a "full refund". Still, I was out about $50 and lots of time and ridiculous amounts of emails. I am furious with this seller- worst experience I have EVER had buying anything. I can't believe this stupid "company" is still around. GRRRRRRRRRR. I couldn't even leave negative feedback for some reason!!! I wasn't given that option!!!
Ebay has taken action against Hersh. They did a Seller Non Performance investigation on Hersh. He has had his Power Seller status removed and ebay has removed the retaliatory feedbacks he left for others. Also, I have seen that Hersh is even refunding some of the high S/H he charged.

Since purchase was under $50, ebay will not pursue for damages. After I left a negative, what do they do? Post a negative to MY account. Ebay refuses to do anything about Adam Hersh. I wrote a letter to President of Ebay North America. I received a reply...Ebay defended him!!! Any other Seller on Ebay would have been kicked off along time ago.
I support this petition. On December 11, 2005 I won an auction for a poster with Power Seller adamhersh (User ID). I immediately paid for the auction using my Pay Pal account. I paid for Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery)as I wanted to ensure the poster would arrive in time for a Christmas gift to my nephew. Hersh also requires that his buyers pay for insurance on his auctions as well as a handling charge. I had no problem with the charges although they were very high for a light weight poster. I received an automated e-mail thanking me, etc. On Dec. 15, 2005 I received 2 separate e-mails stating the poster had been shipped. To this day, I have not received the poster. When the poster didn't arrive for Christmas I e-mailed Hersh inquiring as to the status of the shipment and referred to the e-mail stating it had been sent on Dec. 15, 2005. I received an automated e-mail like the one I received at the end of the auction. Over the next few days I continued to e-mail and called his customer service phone numbers to try to resolve this matter. All I ever received were more of the automated e-mails which made no reference to my questions at all. The phone numbers were also automated messages telling me to e-mail him. After 21 days of waiting and not receiving the poster or any type of satisfactory response, I left a negative feedback for Hersh on Jan. 1, 2006. He in turn left a retaliatory and generic negative feedback for me. I am upset with that as well. I fulfilled my contract obligation to him immediately and because HE defaulted and I complained by way of negative feedback for him...he does the same for ME! That should not be allowed. He did nothing to resolve this matter before I left feedback. After reading his feedbacks I see he is doing this to hundreds of other buyers as well. I did file an Item Not Received claim and a claim with Pay Pal as well. After 10 days, he did not respond to the claim with either ebay or Pay Pal and I was given a refund from

I support this petition. The reason this guy has lasted so long is because of good feedback. He has most likely created multiple accounts to over load his feedback pages with positive feedback. I left bad feedback for him today around 5:30 by 6:00 my feedback was on the 3rd page. It's been 2 months since I paid for my items and I have only received one poster. They continue to tell me that my items have been returned to them due to post office damage ~ then state that the item is no longer available. When the items finally arrived, one tube contained damaged and creased posters, yet the tube was not damaged, and a second flimsy tube arrived broken open. In checking the postage affixed to the tubes, it was less than 10% of the fee I was actually charged for postage. I made my buy from their website and not on eBay. When I emailed Adam Hersh and made my complaint known, I was told to return the items for their review and they would gladly refund my money or replace them. 1. I do not have the time. 2. I clicked a item "buy it now" from this individual "Adam Hersh". I was
taken to his site where security warnings were popping up after each
step when I got suspicious. When I clicked "back" on my system the site
would'nt let me out for changes or additional options.I am a good member
of the eBay community but will not get ripped off when it becomes as
clear as day that the selling member is a thief. I did not pay for the
item and have e-mailed the seller and told him
so directly. This "adamhersh" belongs in jail let alone off of eBay.
After I became concerned I google searched this creep and came up with
many complaints that clearly point to a repetitive behavior pattern of
Petit Larceny.

All attempts at contact get a canned email response. I too anticipate getting negative retailiatory feedback when I leave him his well earned negative feedback. I support this petition. I paid for a metal frame. The poster and frame combination was won on ebay for $.99 and with shipping and handling it cost me $32.97. I complained to ebay to no avail. The seller wants me to send item back at my expense and leaves negative feedback against me. Seller states that I am the one that is committing fraud. This guy is an imbecile! He needs to be removed from ebay and banned for life immediately. I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone. He even went to the extreme of sending me a request to remove the negative feedback I posted. He is out of his mind. He told me a refund was forthcoming only to retract that when he found out his "people" did not get the product back. This seller is without a doubt the biggest con artist and worst seller on ebay.
