I Never received this shipment or a response on the last email I sent them. I have many emails where they kept me waiting for a \'replacement\' shipment. Then, after a 6 month period I have no poster and no response! They wait for 6 months and then take my money.
I have many email examples where they kept saying \'pick any 2 replacements\' and we\'ll ship it out to you. They never did. It\'s a scam and you should think twice before purchasing from them.
A few years ago I bought some posters from adamhershauctions. When I went to pay for them I about crapped my pants when I saw the shipping costs. I thought I was getting a deal on the posters until then. I had to pay because I had won the auction on ebay. When I finally got the posters they were damaged and one was missing. I emailed them and they said they would send me a replacement. It never came. I finally filed with paypal who gave me a refund for the poster I never received and more because of the rediculous shipping charges. Then adamhersh started emailing me over and over, sending me invoices and such for MORE THAN PAYPAL REFUNDED. So not only did they want the money they lost back, they wanted more. I kept emailing them back saying too bad, you screwed me, paypal protected me, get over it. The last email I received was more than a year later and they threatened to file a lawsuit. I laughed and asked why they would sue me for $60 and to go ahead. I never heard from them again. They should never be allowed to sell anything anywhere ever again. I support this petition.

I bid on 6586564971 Vincent Van Gogh Starry Night Poster Art Gough Print and won it 12/6/05. I paid 12/7/05. I did not receive the poster. I contacted seller several times by email - did not get response. I finally gave negative feedback through eBay (1/26/06) - seller called and said they would ship the poster after I removed my negative beed back. I refused to do that unless I received my poster first. They said it would ship in couple of days. Still no poster. I contacted them again. They told me send a letter to missing claims department (3/10/06). I did that 3/13/06.I have emailed them two times to see if they received my letter. No answer to my emails. I am done communicating with this seller!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND SINCE JANUARY OF 2006 TO GET A REFUND. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS, THEY HANG UP ON ME WHEN I CALL. THEY ARE TERRBILE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALOWED TO CONTINUE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.
Adam Hersch is a ripoff artist, plain and simple. They charge WAY too much for shipping, which of course takes a MONTH to arrive. If you write them they write back with canned emails. If you negative feedback them they do same but blame it all on you. They negative feeded me, but I complained to Ebay and got it taken off so screw you Adam! Yes, I believe a criminal investigation is warranted for this electronic scam artist.

I won an item on eBay from Adam Hersch and paid for it plus postage to Australia. Months later it still has not arrived. Of course, eBay will do nothing to help despite all their guarantees. Adam Hersch keep making less than believable excuses, but still no package. Who at eBay is looking after Adam Hersch's interests here and why? Time for a police investigation.
Seems to me that e-bay is still allowing this joker to play. I would recommend reporting him to the attorney general of your state. Simple and quick to file a complaint. Make it legal.
I remember Christine from the Soccer Team in Katy, I cant believe is a prostitute from one of the topless clubs but I found all these photos of her and alot of others on a nasty site. I feel sorry for her husband and child. They must be very asshamed.
welcome to the club - i ordered 2 posters from these people - one poster from a year ago that took 3 months to get to me after countless emails and omplaints..and recently i bought a poster (2 months ago) and paid for it instantly - still has not arrived.HORRIBLE! Avoid them at all costs.
