This petition is made for only one purpose. To get Usagi Kou, A.K.A Lori Cedra, banned from all anime cons to keep the drama out of the cons.
Usagi Kou is not a cosplayer, for the fact she can not name off any correct facts about her cosplay characters, or tell you how she made her "home made costumes"
When in fact every costume she has, is bought and altered, or stolen from other seamstresses, one of which is known personally by the maker of this petition.
Usagi Kou will start drama with any sailor moon cosplayer that is not in her cosplay group, or will start drama with artists online after stealing their art and claiming it her own.
She has also stolen cosplay photos from cosplayers who look similar to her in appearance and when called out on this, she sick's her clan of "friends" on them
Recently she has gone through Youtube.com and every video that has a photo of her in it thats not made by a friend, even if its not a bashing video has had the comment "take my picture down before i sue you" even when shes not the only person in the picture and they have the consent of the other cosplayers.
also if you use a phrase of hers such as "i eet yuu" "i drink yuu" "i see yuu" she will go with the response "stop using my copy written phrase before i sue you" when its not copy written to begin with
She will create her own drama just so she has something to complain about. Then sick her friends on people who tell her to shut up about the drama..

Buys her cosplay costumes and then sumbits them into contests. Is rather rude and very stuck on herself. When you first meet her, she seems like an angel but she takes your money and treats you like crap. She does in all truths believe that she has some power in the goverment with her saying when she can not gather up the amount of money to get her phrases copywritten. She places other people down when they are dressed up as Sailor Moon characters, and she did the worse thing to her twin who resembles her a lot, she stole her sewing projects and or already created cosplay outfits. Usagi kou should be banned from all coventions, I believe it will give her one hell of a reality check, because she seriously needs one. She is like a pariste that feeds on other people and when she is done, she throws them away. Friends included. I believe we need to stop such a creature.

You might want to try to get the biggist cosplayer you can find to help you, that or make your own group to battle her army of con wanabes. next convention you should make posters with "Beware of the @#$" or something that wont get you in trouble and piss her off at the same time... even if her picture of her own face will piss her off... i wonder why that is. .o0(must be drop dead ugly or something) anyway from what i can see and what i would do is wage an all out war from legal bounds and try to get her caught and kicked. i wish ya luck tho seeing as you have your own plan started.
