I support this petition because she sounds like a *****, and seen her comments on other cosplayers, also when she thinks sailor moon cosplayers are cosplaying her and NOT Usagi...there is problems! >.> i\'ve never met her personally but she sounds like a ***** from what she has said and done. you can\'t sue someone for copying something that you don\'t own.
I support this petition. The girl needs to seriously get a life apart from Sailor Moon and actually contribute to society. Hopefully by doing so she can develop a better personality and she can stop creating retards out of other Sailor Moon fans in need of real role models to look up to. Her histrionic behavior alone is a red flag for medical intervention.
I support this petition. If you haven't seen her behavior at Sailor Moon forums, or her comments on her friend's journals, or her public entries, or the convos some people post, or a number of other things--that stuff is enough to convince you right there. something is wrong with this girl.
You know, for a while I've dismissed it, but from the experiences I've had with her I have to say I've learned one thing: she is ridiculously defensive and a super bitch (I've been overlooking the last one, though). Maybe it's because she's been attacked so much in the past and never lets her guard down--I really cant say, but I'm fed up and done trying to understand her. There really is just no explanation or excuse for a person who can make a very small misunderstanding a huge mistake to get insulting and mean spirited about. More than once.
Her friends know her better so I'm sure they disagree, but for anyone taking that chance at getting to know her: watch out. She's venomous.

She should also be ashamed because I once looked up to her, before I knew of these things. I love sailor moon it has always been my favorite anime, I once thought she did beautiful cosplay. i support this entirely,she poked at me for dressing up as sailor moon on myspaced and claimed i was using her pics,and ive had alot of people think im her and have said rude things to me,i am not her,im not mean like her...and now i dont bother putting my cosplay pics up..also im the so called impersonator of hers..why would i want to impersonate someone to cruel,its insane..im happy with who i am..and unlike her,i can spell lol...im 110% behind this..
I agree with this petition. She needs to be *ucking banned from anime conventions to prevent all this bloomy drama. With all the crap I've read about her, I hate her guts. I especially hate cosplayers who try to pass someone else's work off as their own!!
Wow. I wish this could hold up in court, that'd be awesome. But we have this little thing called the constitution...damn that paper sometimes! However, I'd like to meet her. I'm fairly good at verbally kicking ass.

From what I've heard she only uses people, and then treats them like dirt. I feel so sorry for her previous partners.It's also against cosplay rules to enter costumes that you haven't made yourself into contests.
Lori Cedra should infact be banned by all conventions, why? Here are my reasons. She treats her friends like dirt, acts like she is the queen bee. Buys her cosplay costumes and then sumbits them into contests. Is rather rude and very stuck on herself. When you first meet her, she seems like an angel but she takes your money and treats you like crap. She does in all truths believe that she has some power in the goverment with her saying when she can not gather up the amount of money to get her phrases copywritten. She places other people down when they are dressed up as Sailor Moon characters, and she did the worse thing to her twin who resembles her a lot, she stole her sewing projects and or already created cosplay outfits. Usagi kou should be banned from all coventions, I believe it will give her one hell of a reality check, because she seriously needs one. She is like a pariste that feeds on other people and when she is done, she throws them away. Friends included. I believe we need to stop such a creature.

From what I read it sounds like someone needs to meet the front of a moveing vehicle, but thats highly unlikely. You might want to try to get the biggist cosplayer you can find to help you, that or make your own group to battle her army of con wanabes. next convention you should make posters with "Beware of the @#$" or something that wont get you in trouble and piss her off at the same time... even if her picture of her own face will piss her off... i wonder why that is. .o0(must be drop dead ugly or something) anyway from what i can see and what i would do is wage an all out war from legal bounds and try to get her caught and kicked. i wish ya luck tho seeing as you have your own plan started. I believe a person like Usagi Kou should not be harassing other cosplayers so to fulfill her need to boost her self-esteem. If she can't respect and get along with her fellow cosplayers, then she shouldn't be allowed in the cons at all. I think other cosplayers should speak up about being harassed by Usagi Kou and her gang of cosplayers to the proper authorities at Cons so to fight back against her rude and absurd behavior. Her pathetic attempts to woe the world with her astonishing cosplay outfits when she obliviously can't sew to save her own skin is just sad. MEN BEWARE!!! Though she may have a pretty face, Usagi Kou is a gold digger and slut, for she clings on to dumb men dressing them up like Darian from Sailormoon and using their money to help her cosplaying/Con addiction. If you do consider sleeping with her, then please get tested for STDs prior to the action, or right after because she may be infected with an STD since she does have multiply sex partners. You can never be too careful. That is all.
