i am a young artist trying to get my art out there for people to see on myspace and im always afraid that someone might steal my art and use it for there own personal use i dont want that to happen so we need something to be able to stop thieves from stealing our art this petition is a excellent idea we need to stop these thieves.thanks from roy
Wake up, MySpace will not align itself with the likes of you for this stupidity! Well that is of course unless you PAY UP SUCKER!!! After all it is all about the
Its good to here people are taking a stand against copyright images being shared. It hurts artist who have their work for sale. Just to have someone steal...That is never good. It is taking money from the artist family. Just like it takes money from a a store owners family when you steal from a store.
Artists- especially the ones who don't have big corporate backing yet have a hard enough time on the web trying to make a name for themselves. They pour so much energy into their craft. It's a big slap in the face to be ripped off so easily. I'm glad people are taking a stand.
I'll sign it, but this could turn into an uncontrollable monster in the end...like the RIAA. I think this petition needs to be redefined so the innocent will not be persecuted unjustly. Witch hunts can be a nasty result, should I mention the Salem Witch trials?
I'm tired of art thieves, especially ones who make money off of other people's work without compensation. Artists deserve their fair share because they created the work in the first place.
