We are not calling the city to action other than to say we have seen the number of disposable beer cups lying about in the streets and trashcans of downtown Barnesville after the BBQ & Blues fest. We want to see those cups recycled this year. There is no reason Barnesville can't celebrate, party, and yet be ecologically responsible.

I support this petition. If we are going to sell the alcohol and use the disposable cups, the least we can do is be responsible for cleaning up the responsible way and recycle!

I support this petition. People who litter up the streets of our fine town should be held accountable. I say charge them littering, fine them and make them do community service by helping to clean up after these events.
