The BC Liberals are going to raise your taxes by 7% on a variety of goods and services that were not being taxed before. This is going to come into effect on July 1, 2010. They are going to blend the PST and the GST. This will raise taxes from 5% to 13%. This is nothing more than a tax grab from a Premier that has told us that he WOULDN'T raise taxes in the last election.

Now, because of the FEDERAL government telling him they will give him approxamately 1.5 BILLION ( to merge both taxes into one / Which supposidly will save the government of BC roughly 500 million ( i doubt it! ))

If you want to send the Liberals a message that you don't want or agree with this new tax, then please sign this petition.

(I'm sure you and every other low to middle income worker cant afford these gouges instituted by the inept gorden campbell, he'll spend in excess for the olympics and then screw the little guy)
