The Baker, Maslyn, and Wright families would like to petition the alpha paternal figure of the aforementioned families (hereby referred to as Guy Baker) to aide in the funding of the multi-family long term investment plan and living community. The Baker, Maslyn, Wright Compound (hereby referred to as BMW Compound) would be a exclusive gated community consisting of separate family residences built on the empty plot of land previously used for farming beside the business complex where BTA Advisory Group is currently located.

The benefits of this investment are many in number:

The first and foremost benefit is that of familial community. The BMW Compound would provide an even stronger togetherness between family members than that which already exists. When elderliness, disease, and/or disabilities become a prevalent issue with any one or multiple members of the BMW families, the other members will be geographically close to provide physical, psychological, and moral support and help.

Geographical proximity is the second benefit of the BMW Compound. BTA Advisory Group's office would be within walking distance of the Compound which would provide a great deal of transportation cost efficiency for Guy Baker, Ellen Wright, Jordan Maslyn, and occasionally Stacie Maslyn. Transportation costs would also be significantly lessened for family visits as each family would be within walking distance at all times. Guy Baker and eventually Ellen Wright and Jordan Maslyn would also see a cost reduction in transportation to and from the airport for business trips as the location of the BMW Compound would be significantly closer to both local major airports. Shopping access as well as freeway access would also be much closer to the families' residential location greatly reducing those travel costs as well.

Thirdly, the benefit of owning this large plot of real estate would prove to be a great investment for not only Guy Baker but also his legacy of children, grandchildren, as well as the generations to follow. Assuming that all families sell their current residences to aide in the funding of the BMW Compound Long Term Investment Plan, the mortgage payments on the Compound would be tax deductible greatly reducing the taxes each of the BMW families currently pay. The value of the land would also grow with time and as historically shown would be an efficient investment vehicle for all contributors.

Safety and convenience would be raised significantly with the implementation of the Compound as well, which begins the fourth benefit. At any given time, family members that are loved and trusted would be nearby to provide watch over valuable belongings such as children, pets, cars, the houses themselves and other miscellaneous items. Babysitting and petsitting for other members in the included families would become much more convenient as every pet and child would be within walking distance and not out of the way by any means. All families could be protected by each other ensuring that family ties and the happiness and joy that than ensues would be preserved as long as possible.

A benefit provided specifically by the certain plot of land would be its size. The size of the lot provides for plenty of expansion as families obtain more members whether by marriage or by birth. Not only will the initial BMW families fit comfortably, there will be plenty of room left for more houses to be built in time to provide a cheaper means of residence for future family expansions. The size of land will also provide an easier means of living for the Tennessee Bakers on their occasional visits as there will be plenty of room for them to reside without encroaching on the comfort of any of the other families or themselves. The size of the plot would also provide space for luxuries that might be desired by Guy Baker and the rest of the BMW Compound residents. These luxuries might include a family pool, jacuzzi, multi-purpose athletic court/field, and any other items that might be desired. The land also provides a flat topography which enables a much more cost effective and time efficient means of building upon.

Based on the aforementioned benefits of the BMW Compound Long Term Investment Plan, the family members and any other miscellaneous supporters of this cause who have signed this petition strongly believe that actions taken toward this goal would be immensely worthwhile and very time and cost efficient. We strongly encourage any progressive notions or actions taken toward implementing the BMW Compound Long Term Investment Plan and are willing to do what it takes on our part to see it accomplished.
