As you may or may not know this phone has had many issues from launch date both in Canada and the U.S.

Sprint has acknowledged this and has just released a large update with more to come. I have been trying to talk with tech support and bell store staff about known issues for us Canadian users and none have an answer for us about updates or even acknowledging the issues in the first place.

I am hoping this petition can help highlight the issues with this phone and show Bell we are serious about getting them fixed. Please sign this if you want Bell to make the changes needed for this phone!

Here is a list of fixes needed that I know of:

LCDUI update for Canadian Users.(allows you to use the keyboard with 3rd party app's such as Google maps.

Some words including 'microbrew' in SMS soft-reset device

Some popular websites soft-reset the device (This tends to happen all the time even on Bell.ca website!)The OBIGO browser needs a lot of work!

Crippled pop3 email and only allow Windows live for $8 a month!

Text messaging time stamp issue.

Issue, with bluetooth stereo headphones. (music doesn't play at full speed, then skips to "catch up" and continues to play at a slow speed, making everything sound deep and slow)

Pocket express news application that comes with the phone has no Canadian news at all!???

On the text message page, if you click on the icon top left to select a contact, then select a contact, then press back (because i accidentally selected the wrong contact) it resets the phone.

New browser features such as (Sprint has this) Voice Command Button -> hide/show controls; browser controls can be hidden to provide more screen to webpage display
* Improvements to favorites UI allows for sticky mode lock (Note some other 33 fixes for the browser not named but have increased the speed 6-10x!).

I was just playing around with my phone and i noticed that in conversion calculator, in the temperature section, you cant input negative numbers.

Picture messaging: Outgoing picture or video messages show up as Pending. However, when I check my Bell online album, it says they were sent successfully. ALSO, I cannot receive picture/video messages. I'm not sure if this is a Bell issue or an Instinct issue, but it would be great if the issue could be looked into.
