- We feel that by lowering the age limit, BlogTV is in violation of its own terms of services. [As seen below.]

"You acknowledge that the Website may contain material that is inappropriate for minors, and agree that you will not authorize a minor to use the Website."

- We feel that this decision will make it easier for young people to fall prey to internet predators.

- We feel that much of the content on BlogTV is inappropriate for younger viewers, and that proper safeguards (such as a rating system, or an option to block viewers who are not 18 or older from watching your show) should have been put into place before this decision was made.

Our goal is to reach 1000+ supporters within 14 days. This petition was started on October 7, 2008 at 1:48PM. If our goal has been met by October 21, 2008, we will send BlogTV a copy of this petition (via post & email) along with an email/letter opposing the recent change.

If our goal has not been met by October 21, 2008, the petition will remain open until we've attained 1000 supporters.
