We, the students, of Branford Hall Career Institute - Bohemia Campus, refuse to have our free time taken from us. If school is closed on Wednesday, December 19th 2007 we, the undersigned, absolutely REFUSE to make up hours due to someone's poor scheduling. There is a reason that we attend this school at night, Monday-Thursday 6:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M. We either work during the day or have children and night is the only time available to us. Due to our incredibly full schedule, we CANNOT make up any unnecessary hours during the weekend. In addition, with it being the holiday season, and next weekend being the last weekend before Christmas, many of us need to finish our holiday shopping and need every minute available. Don't forget that your students are full grown adults who have their own families. Some of us are going away, some of us expecting relatives. WE WILL NOT BE PUNISHED FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S ERROR!!!
