I was very much looking forward to going to see this when it came to my area. To hear of its cancellation was devastating. I am in full support of bringing the Buffy musical back to the big screen!! The fans of this show are amazing and are willing to pay to go to anything related to it. Please don't take away something we all love and adore!! Thanks!!
The Buffy Musical experience was one of the greatest nights I've ever had in my life. I was surrounded by good people who cared and loved about the same things I do. The generous and loving atmosphere was astounding. Of course, it was also full of fun. I had the fortune of attending this extravaganza twice, but I know lots of people have missed out. Please, please, please work on resolving disputes and figures so others can experience the joy I have!
I have at least 20 friends that want to see OMWF in the theater. My heart is broken into a thousand pieces because Fox took this away from me When I heard that Buffy was coming to NY I almost wet myself. I used to live in Austin Texas and went to see OMWF every time it showed at Alamo. Please, please, please don't take this away from me. Sigh...
1st Fox takes Buffy, Angel and Firefly. Then say No more fan videos on Youtube Now, there making sure no one see one of the greatest episodes on Buffy the greatest musical on TV doesn't show its face on the big screen. How crruel can one network be. I swear if they do this no offence to the cast of Bones and House I will will not watch Fox or any of there Sub-channels again because I can't take them doing this shit anymore.
I cannot believe this has happened. I have made so many friends as a result of these screenings, and they have been some of the most fun evenings in my life. I hope these rights issues can be resolved because these screenings HAVE to come back!!!
I bought all the DVD's, seasons 1-7. It satisfied the Buffy itch for a while, but I was so looking forward to seeing OMWF live in my area. Can't we have it? Please, oh please, oh please?? :(
Please do not get rid of the Buffy Musical sing-a-long played in theaters, it sparks a long forgotten memory in my heart. I am and forever a Buffy fan.
Please, please allow The Buffy Musical to be shown again in theatres. My friends and I bought tickets for the October 26th show and are so disappointed we won't be able to see it on the big screen. I've been hoping that a screening of Firefly episodes would take place in Ohio and I would like that to have the opportunity to happen sometime in the near future. These screenings bring fans together, create new fans, and raise money (sometimes for incredibly good causes, like Equality Now). Buffy's been off the air for four years now and the demand to see the musical on the big screen is incredible. Bring back the Buffy Musical and Firefly episodes to the big screen!
I have been to the musical 4 times and it is not only very entertaining and VERY TRUE to the original spirit of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but it also promotes Fox's interests and products!! Save the show!!
Bring it back! I haven't gotten to see it yet, and I MUST! There are plenty of us out there who would drive many miles to see this show. Let us have our fun!
I want to see this show soooo bad. I love BtVS and in no way does this performance hurt FOX. In fact it keeps Buffy alive. I have already paid for my tickets and I want to see this very badly. Please give me my Buffy!!!
I am so disappointed the tour has been cancelled. I've been looking forward to seeing this ever since hearing about it.I have several chronic pain illnesses, and I find alot of strength from Buffy. No show has meant as much to me.Please reconsider and allow the tour to continue.
Bring us back our theatrical Buffy! I already own the DVD, of course, but no screening party can compare to a giant group of people I know and don't know celebrating our love for this perfect episode of TV, together. Please.
Art is of the people! Let them have their fun and make your percentage from the gross. Otherwise, people will just forget your products. Fans keep the love alive!!!
This was one of the BEST experiences EVER. It's one of the few things I've mustered enough courage to do by myself. AND, I mustered up even MORE courage to participate in Buffy-oke. Please don't let it be suspended for TOO much longer. Everyone should be given the same chance I was for a night to remember!! :)
We understand that these wildly successful shows create some of the same issues that the wildly successful DVD issues of TV shows have in the past. Please solve the money problems fast and get BUFFY back onscreen at a theatre near you!
FOX should support this like it supported Rocky Horror. This is a great opportunity for fans to get together. I had so much fun when I saw it in Dallas a few weeks ago.
