I've never been to a showing of this myself but I've been really looking forward to the possibility of it coming close enough to me. Here's hoping this can be worked out soon.
'Buffy: Once more with feeling' was afantastic episode, and obviously popular with the public. FOX sould acknowldge this and let the theatrical productions of all TV products continue.
This is my favorite tv show, even tho' it's no longer on the air, and the way Clinton unites all us Buffy fans for sold-out evenings of song and laughter proves the strength of the show...and of the fandom. Please don't cancel us!
This is so absurd. The Buffy Musical tour has done more to revitalize the franchise than Fox has been able to do. In the long run, you are causing fans to lose interest in one of your products.
Attending the Buffy Sing-along was one of the highlights of my year. It was a tremendous amount of fun and a way to bring back the spotlight to a phenomenal show. The news of the cancellation has saddened me greatly.
BtVS and other Joss shows are truly a moneybag for you. Capitalizing on them is a great idea... alienating your fanbase is not. Buffy Musical showings = more DVD and buffy gift items sales for you. Trust me on this one.
Buffy was one of the best shows. Having a big screen interactive version of Once More With Feeling is an excellent idea and if I had known soon would have gone often. Please bring it back!!!!!
I hadn't known that this was going on, but if you continue it I will definately go see it. Joss is a genius and shoud have won tons of awards for his show, especially this episodes. Don't ever give up the gift Joss!!!!
I have never had the chance to attend on of these screenings, but would love the chance to do so in the future if one came to my area or one I was visting. I would really love to see some agreement to allow these to continue.
I understand that copyright issues can be convoluted, but I believe Fox handled this in an abrupt and poorly-considered way, and that greater care should have been taken to resolve permissions issues without abruptly canceling events with one day notice, disappointing and angering customers.
Please allow the Buffy Sing-a-long event to continue!! The experience of being surrouded by hundreds of glowing phones and singing voices and Buffy love was one I'll never forget. The sing-a-long allows fans to connect with their beloved Buffy
Buffy and Angel have been two of my favorite shows and characters since the beginning of the series. This showing could make Buffy just as big as Rocky Horror. Fox is, once again, shooting themselves in the foot.
