I didn't know about the Buffy Musical interactive experience until yesterday, 10-14-07. If it came back I would surely be there. My sister and I each own the entire series on DVD, and I'm buying the comics too. We are daily coming up with Buffy trivia to ask eachother and would love the chance to be part of the show with people that love it as much as we do.
I missed the show the first time around and was looking forward to seeing it the next time it came through. I am terribly disappointed that such a wonderful venture would be halted so suddenly (and with such little notice).
This is ridiculous! We've always been able to relive the Buffy magic through sing-alongs. This is the only show with such restrictive policies slapped on it for no reason. Fox has a long history of squashing good TV--this is just the latest example.
To Whom It May Concern:This is the last refuge for the obsessive Buffy fan. Please don't take it away or we will be left wandering the streets lost and pitiful. Besides, it keeps us off the streets!
I am very upset that Fox is not allowing the true fans to have access to the Buffy musical when Joss Whedon himself is behind it and everything was done legally!
I attended one of the two sold out shows in DC.People came and brought friends who weren't Buffy fans. I don't understand why you would want to get rid of this market.
Figure it out! Buffy is the heroine the world needs now more than ever, and Joss Whedon is the writer who should be getting the money. Fox would win more allies by being less greedy.
I've been a loyal Buffy fan for years now, and the sing-along was a great way to meet fellow Buffy fans and appreciate a show that ended too son. BRING BUFFY BACK!
I have been a fan of BtVS since its debut and watched it throughout its seven year run. I own all seven seasons on DVD, including the sixth season featuring the musical episode. Despite being able to watch
Anything having to do with BtVS has my support! I loved the musical and have it on DVD but would LOVE to see it on the big screen, please bring this back!!!
Buffy the Vampire Slayer has been a part of my life since I was in the eighth grade - I am now a sophomore in college. My friends and I LOVE the musical, and since I live in New York I would most definitely make a huge effort to see it once, twice, a HUNDRED times. Please don't take this away from us! I *know* this would be a hit.
This was such a great episode, and events like this - people coming together from their separate corners of life to sing and play along with something special like a musical TV episode - doesn't happen very often. And when it does happen you need to just grab on to it and sing and maybe do a little dance too.
This event brought back the amazing times I had watching Buffy and while I already own all the seasons it inspired the friends I brought with me to start buying the seasons in order to relive all the fun again!
I missed the first performance here in San Diego during comic con and was looking forward to the showing at Ken Cinema. Showing Buffy on the big screen not only makes the fans happy but could introduce new fans to the francise.
Unfortunately, I had never heard about this before today because I live in a podunk town. I watched Buffy from the beginning when I was younger. I got my wife into it by watching reruns on TV. I got her the DVD box set for Christmas last year, so we've seen all the episodes a number of times. I support the Buffy Musical, even if I may never get to attend it myself (stupid podunk town).
