I was sooo excited that there was going to be a showing of Once More with Feeling at Ohio State and i was going to meet other people who LOVE Buffy, but now i may never be able to do that
I went to the Ann Arbor showing of the Buffy musical in September. My roommates and I had a total blast!! Please bring back this fantastic addition to Buffyverse so fans can continue to come together and enjoy our favorite show.
I was excited to see the info about the theatrical screening of the Buffy musical episode as a sing-along much like Rocky Horror Picture Show. Therefore I was quite disappointed when I went to the website for more information, only to find that the screenings have been abruptly canceled. How hard is it to come up with an appropriate licensing fee schedule?
This was the most fun thing I have gone to ever. I still own all the Buffy DVDs, I still watch it when it's on syndication ... the sing-a-long was just a fun addition to that. Bring it back!!
The Buffy Musical event has to be one of the best entertainment ideas ever, with such an enthusiastic fan base these showings can go on forever. I attended in DC with several friends and we all had a blast. Bring it back please!!!
I went to this with my girlfriend and I have never seen her happier. I couldn't believe how many fans their were for just a single episode of Buffy. The turnout for Buffy the Musical when I went to the LA film festival was phenominal. You should totally bring it back
I had a tons of fun at the Buffy musical, and our group left the theatre talking about seeing it again the next time it comes to town. Please compromise on a percentage of ticket sales that Fox should get for licensing, and allow this to continue. I can't wait to see it again! Thanks!
As new 40 -45 yr. old Buffy fans...just now on season 4...Don't let us down. We are hooked. We missed this phenomenon in the 90's - don't make us wish we'd missed it all together.
I missed the screening of Buffy the Musical this summer and I was so disappointed! Let us have the Musical, we just want to sing it once more with feeling!
Pleeeeease!!! Buffy is my all-time favorite show, and the only thing that could dull the pain of it going off the air was this musical. My sister and I were going to dress up and everything.
Please, PLEASE bring this back. As someone who was excited about not only participating but performing as well, I can't express enough how important this is to nerds like myself. We've been going through withdrawl and need something to preoccupy our time,
There were a lot of young kids to the show that I went to, that means more DVD will be bought by these kids, and their friends. It's a win/win for everyone. Can we ever bring Buffy back, no, but can we keep it going, yes, so don't let it fade.
Please settle the legal issues that keep us from enjoying Buffy on the big screen. Theater exposure can only help sales of DVD's and adds to the fan base!
Please allow release of this Buffy episode. Giving things like this to the fans are what keeps a franchise alive if you ever want to run another show like this. Just as Trek comventions led to many Trek shows on TV and as films.So...it would be good for the fans and potential good investment for the studio as well.Sort of like spreading manure on the soil as fertilizer for future crops.
Awww, come on Fox! It was bad enough that you didn't listen to the fans when we begged you to keep Buffy going every week night, and now you're reluctant to let them put on the musical Buffy version of Rocky Horror Picture Show?? Where's the (he)art in that? Please find a way for this to happen!
I was very excited about seeing the Buffy Musical on the Big Screen and having the opportunity to sing along with a large group. Hopefully this isn't a permanent cease
We attended the sing along in Michigan, and it was a great way to keep interest in the show revitalized. It will be a great way, as well, for Fox to keep the money flowing in on a show that has been cancelled for three years now. I encourage Fox to help bring it back from the dead!
I got to go to one night in Houston, TX and it was a blast. I was five months pregnant, at the time, and was able to sing and laugh and play along. It was probably the best non-baby related event of my pregnancy thus far and I was hoping that the show would still be around for me to take my daughter to when she was older. I hope that we can make that happen.
Bring it BACK!!! This happened right before I planned to attend the St. Louis show. I will NOT watch any FOX programming in my home until they bring it back!
I have always been a big fan of Buffy and my sister and I know the musical word for word (though she has the better singing voice) and would love to have the oppurtunity to watch it on the big screen.
I am a late comer to all things Buffy, just started watching it this summer. When I got a chance to go to the sing along and hang out with some really fun people and had a great time. Hopefuly this will be resolved soon so more people can have this great experience.
