With respect to all the groups involved with the making of Buffy, please don't end this fun way for fans of this truly original show to gather and enjoy it.
Just think what kinds of doors would open by pioneering the rights to broadcast TV shows on the big screen... a whole new winning financial endeavor left unexplored. Plus I love Buffy.
I look forward to this show every time it hits my town. It is an absolute joy to me. Please don't take it away! Do whatever you can to fix any problems and bring Buffy BACK!!!!
Wow... Fox canceled something people like.... not the... never. Look Fox... just let us as fans enjoy something whitout you being dicks. Keep the Buffy musical going strong. go cancel something people DON
My son and I drove 400 miles to see this show and are so THANKFUL we made it in time! to the Powers That Be: Please don't stop other fans from enjoying this! Figure it out!!!
I live in the UK and am desperate for this to come over here. Of course if it stops in the US then there's no chance of that happening. We need to bring it back so that more people can either relive or discover the joys of Buffy the musical.
I'm sure this has something to do with the upcoming SAG and WGA strike threats and the guild, but why is it always the fans that have to suffer. I so much enjoyed the Buffy Sing Along at LA Film Fest. and was looking forward to seeing it again, and now this. I really miss the good old days when entertainment was more about entertainment than corporations and business. Maybe you studio execs. should consider the people that support your shows and keep you driving those $100,000 cars when you pull stuff like this. Without the fans you would be nothing. The guilds need to realize the same thing. That by stabbing us in the back you're only shooting yourself in the foot.
Please consider allowing this ground-breaking presentation to continue. It is a terrific model for repurposing and building a creative, living legacy from Fox programs.
No one benefits if popular episodes are left to gather dust on a shelf. Fox, please work out a fan-friendly solution that will allow theatrical exhibition again.
The musical is such an awesome show! I miss Buffy so much, but going to see the theater act was enough to tide me over until the next time I can hunker down with my DVDs. Work it out people and let the show go on!
Even though attending one of these has never been a huge priority for me, I dearly love the show, and love that there's something like this for fans and soon-to-be fans alike. When things like this exist, whether or not I partake, it just makes the world a slightly better place to be. When the suits bring the hammer down, the world dies a little bit every day. Let us have our show, Fox.
i know this is a complicated issue because this art form is less that than a business anymore, but PLEASE, for the sake of the FANS, work out your quibbles and BRING BUFFY BACK TO US!.Respectfully yours, claire
Please let it come back. I've been anxiously awaiting to go see it. Buffy is a fantastic show and it gives it a bit of justice to have it on the big screen for all the fans.
Shows like this do nothing but promote DVD sales and continue the fascination fans have with a show that's long been cancelled. Please, Fox, work it out and let the fans send you their money again!
Come on Fox you gotta get up and running. Buffy was one of your best show's. You could make alot of money with this musical. Trust me I'm a big fan of Buffy and I know I'd pay just about anything to see that musical
I really enjoyed watching Buffy on the big screen and was looking forward to seeing it again. I hope everything gets worked out quickly and we can continue to enjoy the sing alongs.
Please, please find a way to make the Buffy Musical a viable theatre offering. My kids and I love Buffy and were looking forward to it coming to Chicago again. It's worth every penny!
My wife and I were so looking forward to the showing in Columbus at the end of the month. Please reconsider or make the necessary changes to allow the shows to continue. This was a great idea and is a great way to keep Fox properties out there in the public eye.
