Please forgive my poor english, but this is a letter from China to suspect someone called herself a friend of Governor Schwarzenegger.

Early this year, this guy, Min Mey Chang announced that she had set a Chinese Education Foundation of U.S.A, which had 6 million dollars income an year. And She let a Beijing company of only 4 local people,also set only this year, to organized an so-called CEFU tests, which expect to have 2000 students to attend and costs each student as much as TOFEL test does. What's more, she promised that 600 students who pass the tests will have 6-12 month work as an Chinese teacher in her Chinese School in the city of Arcadia by J1 visa.

From the very day the company doing some commercials, the highest Nation office of Chinese teaching has warned students to think twice about CEFU tests. And one month later, Ministry of Education also has the same warning for all the students. But three month later, they still have Mr.Arnold Schwarzenegger's picture with Min Mey Chang hang in the front wall while of course not even one student has their job yet.

As a college lecturer, I feel quiet angry for the students. I wonder is there any possible that someone would be kind enough to tell me anything about this Chinese Education Foundation of U.S.A, and explain if J1 visa is possible here.
