i want to make it so people with a permit can consume cannibis. first the people will have to be backround checked. Then I will require them to be 25 to even have it. The legal limit will be .06gm of smoking. no one will be allowed to carry more than 6.0gm on self. Drivig will supend liscense for a year and posibly also cause a fine. mixixing cannibis w/ other drugs will make you loose your ability to buy or get a license to sell cannabis for 1-5 years depending on the charge.
