Why is there a petition to make Michael Jackson's death a holiday? Michael does need a holiday. We need to celebrate his life! What better day than August 29? The day that Katherine Jackson help a helpless infant in her arms not realizing that he would one day influence the world. The day that we need to forever memorialize Michael Jackson on is August 29. We need to celebrate the Life of the King of Pop.
