Dear Sir, Madam !
The end of the second world war left unresolved also the Cham Problem, which in that time got an other attack : the genocide and the ethnic purification of the cham community in Northern Greece. After that this population under went a lot of Jesus sufferings searching for their prohibited rights in Greece and Albania.
We should remind that these are european union citizens as they are greek citizens according to the decision of the London Conference on 1913.
But even now days they find themselves without solution and their minimal human rights are suppressed.
As they are not permitted to turn back home as Greek government even prohibites them the visas attribution, they may not declare their properties to greek authorities who for the moment have approved a law for properties declaration in Greece.
As they are asking for the permition to turn back home and the recognization of the genocide victims of 1945, the albanian and greek governments sign down agreements for the construction of greek soldiers tombs memorials in Albania at the time when we well know that they were occupators.

The story has shown that cham people expulsion and ethnic purification which was followed by the suppression in group of their greek citizenship by Metaksa and Enver Hoxha, was neither for fighting the nazi-fashist collaborators as Metaxa was a fashist general millitar neither for fighting the communist collaborators as Enver Hoxha was a communist dictator.

We ask today that the minimal rights for this community be known :
- the liberalization of visas to Greece and UE to all the cham community living abroad Greece who don't have greek citizenship
- the construction of the tombs and memorial to the 1945 genocide victims in Northern Greece
- the recogniziation of their properties in Greece by facilitating the properties declaration procedures.

We hope that as nowdays the greek government is asking for equal rights of its citizens to the rest of european and world community,they may better understand that these rights are much attribuable to this community which has an european ethnicity since the ancient times differently from the hellenic successors in actual governancy.
